From start to finish, the whole experience went smoothly. Communication was exceptional, and having a translator helped greatly—I understood what was happening more than I would have in my local hospital. The doctor was open and honest, explaining exactly where the scars on both my arms would be, their visibility, and how to position my arms for recovery. I would have liked an itinerary with timings and some aftercare instructions in paper format. That said, the clinic is easy to reach and stays in touch with clear guidance. I am feeling better than expected. My only extra cost was the flight. Definitely bring lots of baggy clothes and some snacks. I can honestly give 5 *

What really stood out was my surgeon. He did the consultation and markings personally, which was a very reassuring start to my bilateral arm lift procedure. It was a lift only, with no liposuction. I'm still early in my recovery, and so far, I'm feeling about as expected. The staff and clinic were excellent, and importantly, there were no additional expenses on top of the quoted price. It's too early for me to say much about the aftercare support. My one major piece of advice for future patients: take snacks. The food was mostly the same everyday, not great, and included what must be the worst soup I have ever tasted.

My main worry was how visible the scars would be. My surgeon addressed this head-on during the consultation, which he handled personally. I appreciated his honesty; he explained exactly where the scars for my full arm lift on both arms would be. It gave me confidence. I'm still in the early recovery phase, so it's too early to tell about the final outcome, but the clinic has stayed in touch to check on me. There were no additional expenses, which was great. For anyone getting this with a thigh lift like I did, I recommend a shewee.

What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process, specifically how stiff my arms would feel. I was afraid of losing mobility.
