The moment I saw the result, even with the initial swelling, I could tell the shape was exactly what I wanted. It’s a great feeling. My goal was a more defined tip, and that's precisely what the surgeon delivered using an open approach. The whole process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely caring. The most difficult part of recovery so far is just having to sleep upright, which is temporary. A huge bonus is that I am breathing perfectly through my nose already. I am so grateful for the surgeon's skill and the clear communication from the team.

I’m still early in my recovery, but I’m feeling better than expected. The support afterward has been solid. The clinic has stayed in touch and gave me a straightforward aftercare guide. The only additional expenses were for recovery medications and compression garments, which was a small and predictable cost. A piece of advice for others: make sure you confirm the most direct route to the airport pick-up location in advance and ask about which airport is most convenient for travel, as it can make a difference.
The care was exceptional. From the moment I opened conversation expressing my interest in the procedure and process, the Bookimedgroup and hospital team walked with me through every step with excellent communication, accommodating all of the travel mishaps, and ensuring that I was comfortable, and took extremely helpful steps l, at their inconvenience, to make me feel well taken care of.
The coordinators, nurses, and doctors were professional, kind, and explained each detail as much as I needed to feel that the procedure would be a smooth, safe, and rewarding. I am extremely pleased with the experience, and have already recommended them to my family member, interested in a different procedure. I would be happy to work with them again, and would not even consider another option. They made things almost too easy. The facility was clean, well staffed, and made the stay as comfortable as could be asked for. Everyone was kind and caring, and really made you feel... safe.
I would tell anyone on the fence, talk to the Bookimed team, even as an exploratory conversation. There was no pressure, they are sensitive to people's needs and unique situations. You will not regret it. It was a great experience, and we'll into recovery, they are reaching out, checking on my progress, making certain I am doing well. Well, the hospital food is a general human complaint, and doesnt count. Sometimes the nurses and I had language difficulties l, but in most cases l, there was someone available to come and translate specific details. Otherwise, I have zero complaints. It was the best medical experience I have had, so it is difficult to site an improvement, directly.

He was respectful of my gender identity and carefully explained which technique would be best for my body, taking the time to discuss my chest masculinization goals. I opted for a result without nipple grafts, with a plan to get tattoos later. So far, my recovery is going about as expected. The clinic has been great about staying in touch. It was also a relief that there were no additional expenses on top of the original price. Everything was straightforward.

The procedure was an open rhinoplasty, and while I’m still healing, my recovery is progressing about as expected. The clinic staff provided great support, staying in touch and giving me a clear aftercare guide. No surprises with costs either. For anyone planning this, I’d recommend bringing a neck pillow, cotton swabs, cleansing wipes, dry mouth spray, and a lip balm. You’ll likely be breathing through your mouth for the first week, so keeping your lips and mouth moisturized makes a big difference.
I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and supportive throughout my facial surgery journey. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and provided excellent care before and after my procedure.
The clinic was clean, well organized, and the follow-up during my recovery has been outstanding. I’m still healing, but I’m very happy with my experience so far and grateful for the care I’ve received.

The consultation with the doctor was the most memorable part of my preparation. Using computer modelling, he showed me what the result would look like, and explained very clearly what we were aiming for — both in terms of breathing and aesthetics. To correct the bridge and tip of my nose, we opted for a minimally invasive preservation rhinoplasty technique. It’s still too early to assess the final results. I was very pleased with the clinic staff – after the operation, they gave me clear aftercare instructions and stayed in constant contact with me, which was very reassuring. The only downside was that there were additional costs on top of the amount originally paid to the clinic, which is why I’ve given an overall rating of 4 rather than 5.

I was given a warm welcome.The reception staff were very friendly. The doctor was marvellous and a true professional. I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the treatment. He didn’t just listen; he actually sketched out the future shape of my beard and showed me photos of his previous work, which immediately cleared up any doubts I had. The doctor personally carried out the entire transplant procedure, transplanting 2,000–3,000 grafts using the DHI method. Now, whilst I’m recovering, I feel better than I expected. The support from the clinic is a great help: they’re always available, take an active interest in how I’m feeling, and provided clear aftercare instructions. There were no hidden charges. If you’re planning to have the procedure, bear in mind that you don’t need to bring anything special with you; they’ll provide everything you need on the day.
Everything was brilliant, the staff were brilliant, and the doctor was a real charmer! As it turned out, the person accompanying me actually had a shared history with my home town.
Everything was top-notch! And the most important lesson I learnt was how skilfully they sold me their service! As we work in the service sector, this is an invaluable lesson.

What really stood out was my surgeon
What really stood out was my surgeon. He did the consultation and markings personally, which was a very reassuring start to my bilateral arm lift procedure. It was a lift only, with no liposuction. I'm still early in my recovery, and so far, I'm feeling about as expected. The staff and clinic were excellent, and importantly, there were no additional expenses on top of the quoted price. It's too early for me to say much about the aftercare support. My one major piece of advice for future patients: take snacks. The food was mostly the same everyday, not great, and included what must be the worst soup I have ever tasted.

I would absolutely recommend this clinic
What worried me most was how I'd manage the recovery, especially the no-sitting rule. It's a challenge. Finding a comfortable sleeping position has been the hardest part so far. My projection already looks good, although it is still quite swollen. The areas where they performed the VASER lipo feel lumpy and hard, which I understand is part of the early healing process. Despite the discomforts of recovery, the surgeon and the entire staff were supportive and professional, which made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.
Staff are friendly and the clinic was professionally clean and the nurses were friendly always at your service when you need them everything was properly organised from airport transport to hospital I loved the clinic it was very comfortable wouldn’t mind staying there throughout my recovery,the doctor was friendly always coming to check on you.
The clinic food 2/5 Mayb because I’m not used to Turkish cuisine I ate fruits most of the time.
