From start to finish, the whole experience went smoothly. Communication was exceptional, and having a translator helped greatly—I understood what was happening more than I would have in my local hospital. The doctor was open and honest, explaining exactly where the scars on both my arms would be, their visibility, and how to position my arms for recovery. I would have liked an itinerary with timings and some aftercare instructions in paper format. That said, the clinic is easy to reach and stays in touch with clear guidance. I am feeling better than expected. My only extra cost was the flight. Definitely bring lots of baggy clothes and some snacks. I can honestly give 5 *

Everything was quick and efficient. There was a mix-up with my tickets, so I arrived a day early; they arranged a hotel for me, and the price we’d originally agreed on didn’t change. The doctor is brilliant; he did everything to the highest standard. I’m still in the recovery process, but it’s already clear that the result is fantastic. If you're considering a mommy makeover, my biggest piece of advice would be to find a team you feel completely comfortable with. That’s what I found here. The surgeon and staff were excellent throughout my tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction journey. I'm still in the early stages of recovery, and while standing up straight is a real challenge, my tummy tuck incision is already healing very cleanly. Things are going well. The support from everyone at the clinic has been consistent and reassuring, which has made all the difference in this process.

What worried me most before my full tummy tuck was the end result. Would my tummy look natural? My fears turned out to be unfounded. Now my tummy looks amazingly flat, and the skin fits perfectly, without feeling too tight. The surgeon performed the procedure with a navel repositioning, and everything looks very neat. Recovery is, of course, a process. The biggest difficulty at this stage is standing up straight. It takes time. But I am completely satisfied with the work of the surgeon, the staff and the organisation at the clinic.

I would give the whole experience a 5, in fact apart from the food, everything was first class. I have given a review on trust pilot, and have given everything a 10. I have had surgery myself last year, and the experience was not good. Everyone was great, from the beginning. And a big thank you to Winnington, who was so great from the beginning.

I am very satisfied with the Bookimed service, Lokman Hekim Clinic and Dr Murat Yaman, as well as a special thanks to the clinic's interpreter coordinator Olga, who was always in touch with me and made communication and understanding with the doctor possible. My operation at the clinic went very well right from the start. Communication and coordination were also very good. The clinic is ISO 9001 certified and is hygienically clean. The materials are of high quality and the doctor is empathetic and competent. The results of the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck and closure of the rectus diastasis) and breast augmentation are aesthetic and I am very satisfied.
