I’m giving five stars for Dr. Ianus’ work because his surgical work is truly remarkable. Dr. Ianus is kind, gentle, extremely professional, and meticulous in everything he does. The person who supported me through BookMed was Tetiana, and she was absolutely flawless. From the very beginning, I felt guided and safe. From Dr. Ianus’ team in Istanbul, Lara was the one assisting me — and she is a very warm, empathetic person who was always available to help with whatever I needed. I also want to highlight the hotel offered by the team, Modus Hotel. The staff there were very helpful and attentive, especially after I returned from surgery. Even though I traveled alone, I could count on their kindness and support throughout. That said, I want to leave a sincere piece of advice: if you’re planning to have a more extensive surgery — like I did (involving multiple areas) — be aware that the first two days can be quite challenging, both physically and emotionally. In such cases, I strongly recommend that you are not alone at the hospital. Having someone with you can make a big difference. With this, I leave my heartfelt recommendation, full of gratitude and respect. Dr. Ianus is an excellent surgeon, Tetiana and Lara are wonderful people, and although the journey had its challenges, everything was handled with great professionalism

My Experience at Dr. Med’ Clinic The team was absolutely wonderful. The surgery went smoothly, and I’m truly grateful to Dr. Yunus, all the clinic staff, and especially Dr. Yunus and Akylay. Everything was organized professionally, with care and efficiency. I underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the results and the service. My only suggestion would be this: for such major plastic surgeries, the patient should ideally stay at the clinic for at least 3 days under medical supervision. This is essential for proper recovery and peace of mind. Also, I would prefer that Dr. Yunus personally performs the bondage changes, as he does them best — and it noticeably speeds up the healing process. Aside from that, everything was top-notch: the team is responsive, caring, and highly professional. Thank you all for your care and excellent work!

I flew back for the second time for the remaining surgeries and of course to Dr Med, the place where I am changing both spiritually and externally! II was searching for a plastic surgeons who specialisised in deep plane facelifts , I research BookiMed.com and was happy with the reviews , i then went on to the BookiMed booking services and was guided through every detail , they listened to my all conserns and answered all my questions they gave me time to think things through carefully with no pressure at all. I was then recommended the incredible Dr, I am extremely pleased with the work he has done on my face , I am definitely a new and very happy woman. . I had only initially sought a deep plane facelift, but as a woman in my mid-50s, he explained and recommended that i needed surgery on both my upper and lower eyelidsalong with a temple lift and the reason's why, which was in order to achieve a naturally balanced appearance, which I was looking for . Dr. never once pressured me into doing anything I didn't want , the decision was mine to consider, . during my consultation, with him I could tell he was a true perfectionist . To me, he came across as very polite, professional and I could see he had a precise understanding of the subject. Therefore, in his hands, I felt entirely safe and reassured , i was so glad I took his valuable advice .. . Sara and Akilay were my medical support they were with me all the way, From the first day of online consultation to my last day in istanbul and are still there if need them, they sorted everything for me. The girls made a special effort to ensure i was at ease. Nothing was a problem, all of my enquiries and concerns were handled expertly.They even went above and beyond to help with anything I needed .I arrived to istanbul alone , but I never once did I feel alone. They made me feel very safe, to which I was so grateful for . I was also taken well care of by the hospital staff, and despite some language issues i was able to communicate, the care given to me was excellent . After my facelift and with the typical normal swelling of oedema, I able to see through this and was thrilled with the results, Dr did amazing work. When discarge from hospital i was taken back to the hotel, I continued to receive excellent aftercare by Dr MED staff, along with Sara and Akiay, They kept open communication with me and well informed about everything , and how to look after myself during my healing process. This was done through what's app and face to face visits. What I didn't like was, I had to sleep upright, this was to ensure good healing process , so my tip for anyone is to bring your own lumber upright pillow to the hotel or make sure you have one when you return home , as it will be a blessing and will help you sleep more comfortably . About day 5, I was given a medical facial massage oh wow, this was incredible and so needed , this treatment also assists you in your healing process. The hotel is a charming little establishment that had everything I needed, only two mins walking distance from the hospital Additionally , the hotel personnel's staff also helped to attend to all of your needs. Nothing was an issue for them. They were so kind . The food was also good and I recommend Mama's meatballs, it had great flavour. and simple to consume following face lift procedure . I like to express my gratitude to everyone who attended to all of my needs. I am incredibly thankful. and grateful, most of all, and Undoubtedly, to Dr MED, i feel he is among one of the greatest plastic surgeons.
