I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hisar Hospital Intercontinental in Istanbul for the high professionalism, attentiveness and care shown at every stage of my treatment. I underwent hysteroscopic removal of several endometrial polyps, including one large one measuring 3 cm. Everything went perfectly - from the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care. Special thanks to my doctor - Op. Dr Berna Buse Kobal. She inspired confidence from the very beginning, explained everything calmly and clearly, acted very carefully and confidently. After the operation I felt great, without pain or discomfort. The nurses and all the staff of the clinic were very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere in the hospital is clean, modern, comfortable and absolutely safe. I would also like to thank Julia, a Bookimed employee, who helped me with counselling and organising the trip. We made the decision literally at the last moment: we were informed from Dushanbe in the evening, flew out at night, and already in the morning I was in the clinic. Everything was organised perfectly - meeting, hospitalisation, surgery on the same day, and in the evening I was already relaxing in the hotel and feeling great. Hisar hospital was great, rooms were large, clean and they had the latest medical equipment. The doctor (dr. Tayphun Apuhan) explained to us in detail the procedure (it was a tympanoplasty for my wife) and the surgery went perfect. The hospital staff was great, the nurses took very good care of us and the experience was a 5/5 at all times. The doctor also offered the least intrusive solution to my wife's problem so her recovery was quick and successful. The provided translator (which was needed as my wife does not speak english) was great and she guided us throughout the whole treatment phases. I highly recommend this hospital, doctor and bookimed for anyone seeking a tympanoplasty or other ear related surgery.

In my opinion, everything is just top-notch, starting with the doctor and ending with the staff. The transfer was well organized. An interpreter was provided, and the hotel was booked. I also want to express my gratitude to the coordinators, as they were always in touch. We even managed to make some good friends.

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

Super Very happy with the procedure, doctor, staff, translator and hospital. The only complaint I have is about the app bookmed, because there were translation errors and some misunderstanding, so the hospital and doctor charged me 1000 (one thousand euros) more for the intervention that I had requested, and that the hospital and boerdonam took pity and charged me less than what would be the real value, thanks to the doctor and hospital, but beware of the translation or interpreter of the app bookmed.

Left ear hearing lost of 25yrs long, regained over a week ago after undergoing a tympanoplasty surgery. Very skilled doctors. Very supportive medical team. The nurses on night shift checked on me between 30minutes and an hour to take my BP and check if I was fine. Xxx Very clean, spacious and quite hospital room,if you are not in pain after a surgery, you have a little office table and a comfortable office chair to work on your laptop, sit on the armchair and watch outside through the wide window or just lay on your comfortable and clean hospital bed! I had a five stars room with five stars everything including the very clean and spacious washroom with all amenities. Very comfortable to shower either while sitting or standing. This was worth the cost.😍😍😍😍😍 Met an Orthopaedic expert too who successfully diagnosed my knee condition after one year of GP visits without any conclusions. I can only recommend that if you are looking for everything I have mentioned above while looking for surgery, look no further! This hospital is fairly cheaper, too, compared to many in Turkey.
