Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

Left ear hearing lost of 25yrs long, regained over a week ago after undergoing a tympanoplasty surgery. Very skilled doctors. Very supportive medical team. The nurses on night shift checked on me between 30minutes and an hour to take my BP and check if I was fine. Xxx Very clean, spacious and quite hospital room,if you are not in pain after a surgery, you have a little office table and a comfortable office chair to work on your laptop, sit on the armchair and watch outside through the wide window or just lay on your comfortable and clean hospital bed! I had a five stars room with five stars everything including the very clean and spacious washroom with all amenities. Very comfortable to shower either while sitting or standing. This was worth the cost.😍😍😍😍😍 Met an Orthopaedic expert too who successfully diagnosed my knee condition after one year of GP visits without any conclusions. I can only recommend that if you are looking for everything I have mentioned above while looking for surgery, look no further! This hospital is fairly cheaper, too, compared to many in Turkey. Everything was satisfactory, the medical team was excellent, the hospital stay was superb, without any complaints or remarks.

My son (17 years old) underwent septoplasty, correction of nasal septum. Dr Selman Sarica was very attentive, friendly and professional! All the staff of the clinic, above and beyond praise! Nurses, interpreters and of course Dr Selman, all worked professionally, quickly and smoothly. The clinic itself is very large, works in different areas, clean spacious rooms, the room has a shower, toilet, all bathroom accessories. The conditions in the clinic are average, the price is market. Other medical operators also sent me offers in the same price range, but you did everything faster. By the way, the same price was in Ajibadem, but they sent me an offer on 17 May, when I had already set up for treatment in Hisar. My sister had a checkup in Ajibadem and I stopped by the clinic. I thank the company for the very fast and efficient work. Very positive experience undergoing treatment for sudden hearing loss at Khizar Hospital. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. All examinations were carried out quickly and at the highest level. The treatment was prescribed immediately and produced results quite quickly.

It was necessary to clean wax from one ear. As a result, for only $150 I received a consultation with an ENT professor, cleaning of both ears, and an additional examination of my nose and throat. The clinic and doctors work professionally, however, it was not possible to use the services of a translator into Russian at the reception, since the translator was too busy, but the doctors speak excellent English.
