Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about this clinic. The idea of a beard transplant was born a little over a year ago, when part of the hair fell out due to a stressful situation. I began to study the information, where and how best to do it. Obviously in Turkey because of the price / quality ratio. I stopped at several options, including thanks to bookimed reviews. And he began to write to the clinics in order to understand in detail. In the clinic of Madame Sophie, I was given the contacts of Dilyara, the coordinator, for Russian speakers. Dilyara answered all my questions in detail for several weeks. She dispelled all my doubts and worries with comprehensive answers supported by facts. A month later, in August, I bought tickets for January 4, 2021, wanted to have an operation and take a short vacation for rehabilitation. These dates were reserved for me in the hospital, a transfer from Istanbul to Bodrum was agreed upon, and a hotel room was rented on the seashore! But due to the situation with the coronavirus, there was no certainty that the borders would not be closed again, and in October I contacted Dilyara and asked if it was possible to postpone the operation to earlier dates. as a result, on November 14, I was already flying from St. Petersburg to Istanbul. The clinic quickly found time for my operation, rebooked a hotel room and agreed on a new transfer. In Istanbul I was met by a driver and I reached Bodrum comfortably. The operation was performed on November 15, Sunday, this is a day off at the clinic, but even then they met me halfway, because the return ticket was for November 17th. Day of the operation. I was picked up from the hotel by the driver, along with Mr. Chagatai Cebeji, the director of international relations, who speaks very good Russian, but mostly spoke English) on the way to the hospital, he briefly described the stages of the operation. At the clinic, Madame Sophie met me, discussed with her in detail how and what would be done. Then they took blood from me to check for sores and for plasma. And the operation itself began. First, grafts are prepared from the donor area, from the back of the head, then they are implanted into the beard area. The only unpleasant sensations are injections of anesthesia, but after a couple of injections you don't feel anything. Then Madame Safiye did the opening of the channels, this is when many micro-holes are made with a special tool. This further determines how and at what angle the hair will grow - the most crucial moment. I know that I was lucky that it was she who did it to me. The operation lasted 9 hours, with a lunch break. All this time, next to me was a doctor's assistant - Mustafa, who also did a lot of work, and all this time he supported me and answered all my questions. After the operation, they told me how to do everything correctly during the rehabilitation period, gave me a weekly set of various pills, put on a special bandage on my head, gave me shampoo, a pillow for sleeping, and took me to the hotel. The next day I was brought to the clinic for a scheduled examination and taken back to the hotel, from where I was then taken to Istanbul and I flew back to St. Petersburg. The most difficult thing is to sleep on your back for 15 days, and, accordingly, do everything very carefully. A little more than a month passed after the operation. Facial hair grows, falls out, grows again, this is normal - shock hair loss. I know that there is no need to wait for the result earlier than half a year. I am still in touch with Dilyara, I am sending planned photos, which are evaluated by doctors. I promised to come to them in Bodrum next summer with the finished result and excellent mood) Am I satisfied with the result? - Now is the period of rehabilitation, and the final result has to wait, but what I see, I like it! May I recommend this clinic? - Definitely yes. Doctors, coordinators, drivers and the rest of the staff do their job as professionally and efficiently as possible, I did not have to think about anything at all, except that 15 nights to watch me sleep) Great professionals and wonderful people. I am really pleased that I chose this particular clinic. If this review can be edited in the future, then I will return here in a couple of months, add a little photo and review. I don't know why the clinic has such a high rating here. They can’t even provide a normal hotel (probably something cheaper). Booked on the outskirts of the city in a bedbug. I have never seen such a dirty hotel with old furniture. The clinic itself also wanted to be cleaner. We agreed from the beginning that Madame Sophie would be present at the operation. I asked a couple of times and they assured me 100%. But she didn’t deign to come (she was somewhere at a fashion show, as I later found out) As a result, a crooked hairline (she was drawn near the window and without much lighting), the donor area was killed, very visible bald spots and after 8 months nothing has changed. It seems to me that there are “doctors” on tour and the clinic is dirty, they walk in ordinary clothes and shoes, sterile gloves are not used and a lot of things that should have been in a normal clinic! They don’t even have a normal website, because people can write reviews there, and I’m sure not very good ones. In general, Bookimed does not bear any responsibility for what they recommend. I thought through them it would be somehow more reliable, but it turned out not to be so. One disappointment from not professionalism and lies.

We arrived, met at the airport, immediately brought them to the clinic, conducted an examination, scheduled an operation for the next day, thought that they would do it on Monday, everything went well, although the injections were painful, suffered, somewhere 3.500-3.700 grafts were transplanted, 2 doctors worked, I forgot what is the name, well done, they work well, special thanks to Katya, who accompanied throughout the entire time both before and after the operation, and to the coordinator Hakan, a great guy, in general I recommend the clinic, go and do not be afraid

The stay at the clinic went as expected, or rather well. The staff is helpful. Although I went for a service and the service is secondary, although important. I am certainly grateful to my guide Natalya and also to my doctors. From them came confidence and calmness from the fact that they professionally did everything with a peaceful face. I am very incredulous, very much. I checked everything, looked after everything. Yes, the operation is painful, you need to understand this and know what you are doing. I came with my son and did not regret it. Care and participation are essential, as I have once again become convinced how much men are intolerant of pain. The payment was agreed in advance, back in Russia, there were no surprises. I was offered to buy more cosmetics for the care of transplanted hair for a year, I bought and Madame Sophia advised the pills, they cost a penny. This is already our choice. We had a little more than 3,000 grafts transplanted at a cost of $ 1,800. This includes the services of an interpreter (she was on the day of the operation), four days and three nights of hotel and breakfast. The hotel was Green Park, pleasantly surprised by the staff, free pool and gym. On arrival, the first day we rested, walked, gained strength. On the other days, there was no time for walks, we were engaged in treatment. I highly recommend this clinic, I was satisfied with the operation itself and with the doctors and staff. I'll start from the airport, where I was met by a personal comfortable minivan of a famous German brand. Then I moved only on such minivans that were waiting for me at the appointed time at my hotel. At the clinic I was greeted as a long-awaited guest. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everywhere I was accompanied, they were interested in my well-being and comfort, they offered me drinks and treats. The equipment and the interior, in my opinion, are modern, inspire confidence and tranquility. The operation was carried out perfectly, it was completed even earlier than predicted. Nirazu did not regret agreeing to the transplant and choosing the Madame Safiye clinic. The result promises to be excellent. I recommend to everyone.

Everything was done perfectly, as described in the program. There were no problems with the transfer, the cars were clean and spacious. The operation lasted 9 hours, a huge amount of work was done and now it is already the 5th day, everything is healing normally. To be honest, I was very worried about this whole venture, but everything turned out very well, I hope it will continue like this. =) Thanks to all the staff of the clinic, who provided comfortable conditions, support and good mood.

Kind time of the day everyone. I am on treatment for the second week. On the first day, treatment was prescribed. We made a schedule. Pleasant experience from communicating with the staff, friendly atmosphere, I arrive at the clinic at the appointed time. They are already waiting for me, they immediately offer coffee. Nobody is in a hurry, they will answer all your questions. You can contact them at any time. They help in everything, literally nursed me like a child. Natalia even showed me the city (she set aside a day for this), helped me buy medicines. They respond immediately to any request. Russian-speaking girls Katya and Inna immediately gave their phone numbers. I did not like the location of the first hotel, I was immediately transported to another. Hakan came for me at the appointed time and took me. High professionalism of doctors (now I have something to compare with). Madame Sophie meets with each of the patients. Upon arrival, the transfer was met at the airport, checked into the hotel, the next day blood was taken from a vein, and the operation was performed, the operation itself lasted about 8 hours with a lunch break. I would like to note the excellent attitude of the clinic staff towards clients, support and accompaniment was carried out throughout the entire stay in Istanbul, even after the operation. On the third day, I decided to move to another district of Istanbul to take a walk, see the city, the clinic organized a free transfer for the move, and at the end of the trip, they also organized a free transfer to the airport. Everything was fine, special thanks to Katya for her support at any time of the day. It's too early to talk about the final result, only 10 days have passed, but the hair grows, everything looks very good.

The medical team was professional. They had a translator who was helpful in guiding me through the process and I am happy with the outcome. Only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is that they need to have someone there as soon as you arrive to guide you through the hospital and process. There was at least 15 mins spent trying to figure out where to go and who to speak with. But this is a minor logistical issue - the quality of service was impeccable.
