Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. I didn’t have enough explanations about the risks, etc., the plastic surgeon explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, he was a very nice person. The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive. The diagnosis has been made, treatment methods have been determined, we plan to come for treatment in six months, because the prices are too expensive for us. I can write about the quality of treatment after treatment.

Hello! I thank the bookimed team for getting us to the clinic in Medipol Turkey. I was very confused and did not even know how to find a clinic! I accidentally looked at this clinic on YouTube and decided to write to bookimed. You just have no idea how scared I was thinking if I was doing the right thing! It turns out to be very correct. We made an appointment at the clinic at 15:00, and in the end we got to the doctor at 16:50. There is no clear organization in terms of admission. But the doctor examined me well, did all the research and prescriptions. The only problem is waiting for an appointment, with a patient of 4 degrees of oncology it takes a long time, the patient is nervous. I arrived at the clinic at the appointed time and waited 5-6 hours. On the first day, the doctor, Ahmed, took over and said that he would be negotiating over the phone, but did not get in touch. On the second day there was another, which was overloaded with its patients, took at the end of the day, after its patients. They complained to the translator that they had called at 11, but they had taken them at 6-7 pm. Well done translator, tried.

The clinic is good. Doctors too, but the prices are very expensive. From the beginning, the coordinator and translator do not say that they have service packages. I found out about this by accident. Immediately upon payment, ask for a receipt and you will know exactly what and how much you have to pay for. On my first visit, it was the translator who told the cashier a different amount, but it turned out that the amount there was much less. It was precisely because of this that I asked Bookimed to change both the translator and the coordinator. Be carefull. I am very grateful to the Bookimed company, they are experts in their field, especially Marina, I can write to her at any time, she will gladly answer and help me. It was she who brought me to this clinic and she, through representatives, found out how much I appreciated the treatment. Although this was the coordinator's job. The coordinator was not there to help or pick up the phone at all and didn’t even answer lately. Apparently I didn’t like the fact that I already understood everything perfectly well. I don’t know the price of finding out this is something secret, I don’t know the permanent answer. They know everything very well and it has turned into a business. Pay the money and immediately get a check from the financial department. Also, if you have dollars, ask for the exchange rate in lira. Their rate in the database is different.

From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! I am grateful to Katerina, Daria, Olga and Darina for the help and support !!! I do not recommend Medipole. I am undergoing treatment in another clinic!

The clinic is very good, very attentive staff, the right balanced and professional approach of doctors to the patient! At the clinic, we underwent a comprehensive examination of our dad's disease (dad has prostate cancer) and we are waiting for the appointment of a course of treatment! Our doctor Rahim Khoruz! The Medipol Clinic in Istanbul was recommended to me by bookimed specialists. I was very pleased with the additional service. We were met with my father at the airport and taken to the guest house, which was provided by the hospital free of charge, as well as free 3 meals a day, not only for my father, but also for me. Every day a car came for us to take us to the clinic, as well as to take us back. We were provided with the services of an interpreter. Thank you for everything being fine. Of course there were cons, but in general everything was fine. I really liked it, the meeting was organized, Medipol worked harmoniously. The managers from the clinic helped completely. There is a room with three meals a day, the room is clean, they did not require additional payment. The clinic is very specialized, individual approach to each patient, polite and attentive. Many thanks also to Dmitry and the coordinators in the clinic.
