Please check your facts as the hospital is very expensive for Turkey. However, very good facilities, most staff are committed and know their jobs well. The Head Doctor is a great person with humility and patience to treat his patients well. However, I am not aware of who is behind him and may influence some decisions. The facility should invest and innovate more. There are not enough staff and the patient’s progress suffered as a result. High turnover rate. I am quite surprised that the management team or main representative never once visited my family member, a long-term patient. Some nurses need to be trained as they lack essential customer service skills. Overall, good hospital with quality infrastructure and amenities. In this rehabilitation block, the patient rooms are mostly small and the bed-chair is very uncomfortable for long-term attendants. I would recommend the Hospital of course! We had a good experience despite few setbacks. Most problems were addressed professionally but the truth has to be told. It took some personal time and energy and the quality standards need to be there. We are not dealing with retail but health and you cannot expect your patients not to be demanding when they spend/pay a lot for medical care in Turkey.

In simple words: the transfer operates from the airport to the hotel and back, daily to the clinic and back to the hotel. There was always a translator with us at the clinic who took us where we needed to go. We received professional medical care.

The clinic has nothing at all, they say that it’s a university, but in fact an ordinary hospital, the specialists at the polyclinic level, took a bunch of tests right and wrong until the puncture, but they didn’t make a diagnosis, the neurologist Fakret did this without prescribing a diagnosis, prescribed cytostatics, it’s a feeling as if they just wanted to register for more tests so that they can tear off more money, the coordinators are separate THAT is terrible, the transfer from the airport had to wait 4 hours to get off, but if you leave the hotel 5 minutes later, the driver leaves and after that We have to wait about an hour car to leave the clinic again have to wait with the best scenario for 30 minutes, and then an hour and a half, actually one word to say or who do not recommend Medipol.

When we were going to go, we were told that we would have a lot of tests, a puncture, an MRI, etc. When we arrived, we were not placed where we planned, not for 35USD, but for 45 USD per day. When we arrived at the clinic, nobody took anything except for a blood test. As a result, that in Medipol, that in Ukraine we got the result word for word, the preparations were pricked by the very same ones as in Ukraine. The clinic coordinator has not been seen once. We had a girl translator - her name is Shazoda - a good, intelligent girl, she translated everything, but we did not see the coordinator. We were told that they would give extracts in Russian and in English, but sent in Turkish. Thanks to Maxim Voloshin, he is our coordinator in Bookimed, a very clever boy, we received translations into Russian, thank him very much. Without Maxim, we wouldn't do it at all

Hello! I went through a check-up at the clinic and took my daughter for an examination, everything went well, the only transfer arrived late on the 1st day of the appointment and we got to the doctor later than we booked. Then we were picked up an hour before the appointment or examination, and everyone had time ... Thanks to the translators Aysalkyn and Sofya

Everyone was at the highest level, the clinic is clean, large, the service is at the highest level, the Doctors are competent, professionals in their field. I recommend this clinic to everyone! Everything is on time, and the transfer is provided and the results of the tests are prepared on the same day

The neurologist normally accepted the doctor, but did not continue to be examined there, because the apartment we were given was dirty, with the children were even afraid to sit on the sofa ... everything is stained, the dust of the garbage. The apartment is equipped but requires good cleaning!
