Operation DBS. Ali Zirch is the best and he has a good team . Because setting up the equipment is as important process for patients as the operation to install it. Honestly, I can't imagine that such an operation can be done in Ukraine.... Of course, there are young and promising doctors. But there is no equipment.

We had a very positive experience at the hospital. My father underwent surgery and we are grateful to say it was successful. The doctors and nurses were professional, attentive, and ensured he received excellent care throughout his stay. The hospital facilities were clean and well-organised, and everything went according to plan. The only thing worth mentioning is that the total cost exceeded what we initially planned for, but overall, the quality of care and the successful outcome made it worthwhile. We truly appreciate the support and dedication of the entire medical team.

I would like to express our satisfaction with the DBS operation, the stay in the hospital, which I dare to say at the world level. Dr. Ali Zirh is an absolute professional, precise, clear, concrete and above all very human. But I want to express my deepest and heartfelt thanks to our assistant from the first day, a month before we arrived at Mahmoud Kathab hospital, this young man is gifted with a huge heart, I think he was the person who made me choose MEDIPOL PARMERA etc. Ali Zarh. Last but not least, I am fascinated by the neurologist Dr. Basak and her team, who for 21 days took care of regulating the exact therapy and impulses of my husband. Our entire stay was reduced to the last detail for our benefit, to feel at home. We have not regretted it for a moment, that we chose MEDIPOL MEGA GROUP, thank you Mahmoud, you were born to help people like us!!! Please to reword Mahmoud Kathab ,he deserved a lot!!!

Good afternoon! We are from Kyrgyzstan! We applied to the clinic through the bookimed website. The coordinator Anastasia was very helpful, everything was organised very clearly, we were never disappointed. The clinic itself is impressive in terms of scale, cleanliness and quality of service, the staff is friendly and attentive. Our interpreter Lamia worked with us, coordinated our logistics around the clinic, tried to ensure timely appointments with doctors, she was very comfortable and easy to communicate with. But, there was a moment with the examination: we were referred to MRI, the procedure was quite long, the room was quite cold, so I was very cold. As a recommendation - it would be good to warn patients about the need to maintain a certain temperature regime in this room and somehow provide comfort as much as possible. Overall, we are very satisfied with our visit to this clinic, the patient management tactics and we have a follow-up visit planned in 3 months.
