I was very impressed by eveything.It took us almost 6 months to find the best doctor and Hospital for my mum.The agent who helped us from bookimed was the best lots of research and we finally settelled for st Rafaella Hospital .We were not disappointed Everything was done well and perfectly and the Agent was intouch all the way through it all.I would recommend anyone to go through them.My mother got. her Treatment and we are very greatful.It was a very stressful time knowing that my mother had to go for radioiodine for her thyroid turns out she did not need that and that there was other Options available .We are thankful.

I went to the Galeazzi clinic. Milan. Italy. on my son's problem - gmgantism. Coordinators from Bookimed got involved. Had an online consultation. for which I paid 360 euros. All required documentation has been sent. references. analyses. x-rays. To determine the volume of the operation and the cost, they said that the patient needs to come to Milan. I'm from Ukraine. It's hard to describe how the journey cost me. with what difficulty. Upon arrival in Milan. we are consulted by another doctor and gives quite the opposite answer.!! Is it really impossible to agree and view all the documentation. y t. h and the video was sent!!! with immediately give a negative answer during an online consultation. why do it at all then? It's just a waste of money. not problem solving. Be careful!

We received a remote consultation at the San Rafael Clinic, for us this format was not suitable, because the second opinion is for those who either confirm the diagnosis or ask for another alternative treatment, we were told that after the consultation, continue the same, although we were treated and there was no result, as a result, after a remote consultation, we were not assigned anything, plus all communication was extended for a couple of months, because the clinic’s response rate was very low. We could not get any concrete answer, so this consultation was useless for us.

But there was a misunderstanding that the second opinion of the Doctor was not officially heard, but verbally through the coordinators. At my request to provide an official opinion, I was sent in Italian, I would still like to receive a report at least in English, since the clinic is positioning itself international.

I am writing my impressions of visiting the Italian clinic of San Rafaele. Everything was organized through bookimed. But to our surprise, which was very pleasant, thanks to consultants with bookimed, we were admitted to the clinic at a convenient number for us, and we called more than once about the translator and our escort in the clinic. As a result, we met with a consultant translator near the clinic without any problems. At the reception was a clear translation of all our problems on the retina. Were at the Department of Ophthalmology. The doctor examined very carefully. I attracted two more doctors for the necessary computer research during the appointment. The attitude is very attentive and not superficial. We learned a lot of new and interesting information about a sore eye .... By the way, for the money, we paid only the cost of the consultation itself in the clinic.
