I asked to find out, to call, but there was no answer. I was only told that the driver has my number, and if he calls me. But there was no call. If I knew the language, I would do all this myself. I already decided to go downstairs, asking me to get the familiar phrase: whether there was a parcel for such a number. And it turned out that she had been lying there for a long time. I believe that this is a big omission of the guys from the service since, they should have notified me or called and scammed that they found out everything and my preparations are at the concierge. Once again I draw attention to the fact that I did not speak the language. I had the confidence that the most important thing for the site’s employees was to drag a person to the clinic and that’s all. And what will happen to him next is not their problem. Very sorry. I will never again use the services of the bookimed website, and I will not advise my friends.
