We received a detailed consultation with Dr. Pelles Sharon and her assistant Denis. They explained everything, gave me a treatment plan, and the doctor was very attentive to details. We are very grateful for the small chance that these doctors gave us. I would also like to note the work of the coordinator, Yulia. The staff is great. At the moment, we are waiting for the results of the tests, since the wrong diagnosis was made in Ukraine. In Ukraine, sarcoma was treated for 7 months and it is gone. We are not saying that there is no oncology, but the fact that there is no sarcoma is already pleasing. Received very nicely and politely. The coordinators are Russian-speaking. Every day they keep track of all matters. Those who passed the tests were not left alone for a single minute. Currently, we are waiting for a meeting with an oncologist and a radiologist. The consultation was organised online. Everything was on time and clear. Special thanks to the consultant Yulia. She accompanied me all the time, advised and answered very competently.

I liked the clear communication and professional zoom meeting organization. Staff responded quickly to all my questions. Doctor was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I like the fact that Doctor answered my questions even after my consult was done. I should have done it much sooner.

Dr Sarid's consultation was important to us. we were not prepared to hear such a thing about our situation. Of course we would have loved to use the clinic if it wasn't for the price.

The whole process was good. Our case was handled well and effectively. We had a slight issue of the confirmation date but this was resolved very quickly. We are not proceeding at the moment with treatment however we may consider getting in touch once we have more test results (biopsy). Overall very satisfied with the service

I was advised to do a glass review, at first they turned to Germany and they did not confirm the diagnosis there, but there were doubts about the diagnosis and Israel was the third country, which turned out to be the right decision. I believe that this feature is very useful, since the diagnosis is not comic and you need to deal with the revision of the blocks.
