Our consultation went as expected. We had an online appointment with Prof. Dr. Gross and his assistant (in the background). Both were very helpful and friendly. The expertise of Dr. Gross was valued and very much appreciated!
About Bookimed service
The staff at Bookimed has been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I realize that many of their patients seek advice on plastic surgery. My husband is newly diagnosed with cancer and still their help has been excellent. It has meant a lot to us that they have taken care of all practical matters so we did not have to worry. No matter what questions we had or the time of day, answers have been given very quickly. Everything has worked out with no hick-ups along the way.
