Doctor was good, but the agent )Talvin) who arranges the appointment was extremely not professional and had very bad attitude and not straight in term of charges. They charged me €500 for making appointment only. Please avoid them. Really poor customer experience.

In the clinic we were greeted in a friendly way, there was one meeting with the coordinator, now we register ourselves with the doctor, we go to consultations, we pass tests. Everything is good, the doctor pays due attention.
