With great gratitude I would like to leave this review about the Bookimed team, and in particular about my coordinator Olga Romaniuk, who helped me with the choice of clinic, carefully considering all my requests and nuances of future treatment, was always in touch with me. Olga has a high level of empathy and desire to really help! Thanks to her, I chose Asklepios Barmbek Clinic in Germany and I have not regretted it one bit! I was operated on by a talented surgeon Ursula Scholz, who performed the operation with jewellery and professionalism. Conditions in the clinic are quite good, the ward has everything you need, the medical staff is very polite, nurses many times after the operation came into the room and asked if I need anything and everything is fine. Special thanks to the International Department of the clinic and my interpreter Lydia, who accompanied me at all stages of preparation for the operation. I would like to note that all questions concerning payment for medical services were discussed in advance and fully corresponded to the initially agreed amount, with the issuance of relevant documents and cheques. Nobody demanded any preliminary money transfers from me before the initial visit to the clinic. The payment was made in the clinic itself. I would like to summarise my experience with the Bookimed team: if you want to receive qualified medical care abroad, you can really trust the Bookimed team, which works honestly and professionally, as I was convinced by my experience!

I loved the fact that the Doctor was a professional and every aspect of the process is explained to you.

5 minutes of communication with a doctor-600euro plus a hotel-400 add a flight or transport -350 and 300 euros other costs and the result is NULL. I really liked the clinic, the curator and, especially, the doctor. The doctor was very friendly, attentive and competent. Diagnosed fairly quickly and offered a treatment plan. He showed kindness and care.

Special thanks to coordinator Lydia, who was always in touch and helped deal with everything on arrival. We went with my mother to see a neurologist, prof. Urbanu in the clinic Asklepios, as well as a rheumatologist in a private consultation. In general, we were satisfied with everything.
