If in my youth I had been given dental treatment by such specialists whom I met at the DENTAGLOBAL clinic (Turkey, Izmir), then I would not have had fear and constant anxiety during treatment, and I could have avoided the problems that I had, and over time, worsened due to the fact that not all dentists performed the treatment correctly and efficiently. But my beliefs, formed as a result of my previous negative experience, that dental treatment is painful, not very high quality and not always honest, changed dramatically after the first stage of treatment at the DENTAGLOBAL clinic, during which the implantation of the upper jaw was performed along All-on-4 system, as well as 2 implants in the lower jaw. I chose the country and the clinic for treatment for a long time, and I am glad that I was not mistaken. I am grateful for the high professionalism, attentiveness, friendliness of the doctors who, after the diagnosis, determined the optimal plan for my treatment and operated on me - Mert Yuce, Meltem Yuce, as well as the doctor for temporary prosthetics - Alev Mutlu. The DENTAGLOBAL clinic provided a quality service at a good price. The cost of treatment included: diagnostics, consultations, implantation, repeated X-ray, all necessary medicines, temporary prosthetics, hotel accommodation, transfer airport-hotel-airport and hotel-clinic-hotel, etc. At the same time, some of the listed items were provided free of charge . It is necessary to note the absolute transparency and honesty of the management and employees of the clinic when compiling the price list of treatment, as well as the provision by the clinic of significant discounts. In the clinic during my treatment there were many patients from different countries. Due to the fact that the logistics were at a high level, the treatment was carried out comfortably and without delay. A very important factor during treatment is the patient's communication with doctors and other specialists, during which not only the main, but also minor, but no less important, details of the treatment are clarified. I do not know Turkish and do not speak English to the extent that I can tell the doctors everything they need, as well as understand the much needed feedback. But thanks to the translator provided by the clinic, Lyudmila, who received her university education in Turkey and is fluent in Turkish, I had a complete understanding with the doctors and with the clinic staff. Lyudmila constantly accompanied me in the clinic: during all procedures, consultations, during the entire operation, which lasted more than 3 hours, as well as during other organizational issues. On her recommendation, I saw, in my free time from treatment, the ancient city of Ephesus (located near Izmir), which is one of the seven wonders of the world of the ancient world. I thank all the clinic staff, drivers, my curator Ezgi for their attention and kindness. In 6 months, the second - the final stage of my treatment - the installation of zirconium crowns and veneers will take place. I look forward to this stage, the results of which I will also share. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to do everything qualitatively, get a good result and feel comfortable during the treatment. Everything in the clinic itself was excellent. Competent specialists, friendly staff, everything on time and without any problems. I would only like to note the choice of the hotel was not very good, the dark room went out into some kind of well. Day and night the same. And in the restaurant where most of your patients were forced to eat, the choice was not rich to say the least, but for me, who had all my teeth removed, it was completely sour. Eating the same soup 3 times a day is not very pleasant.

My dentist Dr Taha Atkas is very professional, soft talking, and walking me through the entire process, which makes me very comfortable to work with them. Dr Taha Atlas is a great asset for the clinic. I finished all on 7 for my upper and lower jaws. I just finished stage 1 so far so good and will come back in 6 months for stage 2. After operation, I had bleeding in the nose. The clinic helps me out in this regard and the receptionists and clinical staff are all friendly, and helpful along the line. It was a pleasure experience so far.

(e.g. the quote is different from initial agreement as the brand or treatment plan changes on site). My suggestion to avoid those 1 star review comments happened to individual patient is please to work with due diligence: (1) ask for the quotes with all the details and request all the brands and materials used in writing; (2) ask the virtual consultation to walk you through step by step. And for each step, ask for the price in writing. (3) provide your dental x ray and ask for the treatment plan based on the dental x ray as the x ray picture won’t change a lot and the treatment plan shouldn’t change significantly based on x ray. (4) you could request directly talk to the dentist and nailed the treatment plan before you leave. This would help mail down the price. The x ray won’t change so the treatment plan should not change significantly. (4) the bookimed should be your support system along the line. I was impressed by the sedation as I am anxious of the dentists at the best of times but I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort I usually have with my dentist.
Also, I understand I was quite a difficult case (tooth extraction and multiple bone grafts etc. and so I’m happy to the doctor was able to successfully complete.

The service is great .very efficient . The hotel is great .i went for first visit for all on 6 implant .upper and bottom jaw .
The clinic is in a hospital ..it put me at ease .my coordinator is very good ..the team of surgeon dentist .prothesist are all very professional ..the surgery went well .i had one chick swallowed after and browsed bit then .no pain . Only discomfort mainly because of healing process of gum and all 12 implants .. a prescription was given to me.antibiotic and painkiller.. thank you .see you soon for second visit

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The dental surgery was effective and painless. But i would have liked a more detailed explanation of all the stages and what to expect. My mouth was uncomfortable, mainly the stitches but not painful. The hotel was very nice. but obviously the food you can eat without Teath is limited. Overall i am pleased with the first stage of my implants looking forward to stage 2

I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." My dentist Dr Taha Atkas is very professional, soft talking, and walking me through the entire process, which makes me very comfortable to work with them. Dr Taha Atlas is a great asset for the clinic. I finished all on 7 for my upper and lower jaws. I just finished stage 1 so far so good and will come back in 6 months for stage 2. After operation, I had bleeding in the nose. The clinic helps me out in this regard and the receptionists and clinical staff are all friendly, and helpful along the line. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The dental surgery was effective and painless. But i would have liked a more detailed explanation of all the stages and what to expect. My mouth was uncomfortable, mainly the stitches but not painful. The hotel was very nice. but obviously the food you can eat without Teath is limited. Everything in the clinic itself was excellent. Competent specialists, friendly staff, everything on time and without any problems. I would only like to note the choice of the hotel was not very good, the dark room went out into some kind of well. Day and night the same. And in the restaurant where most of your patients were forced to eat, the choice was not rich to say the least, but for me, who had all my teeth removed, it was completely sour. Eating the same soup 3 times a day is not very pleasant.

I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. The clinic is in a hospital ..it put me at ease .my coordinator is very good ..the team of surgeon dentist .prothesist are all very professional ..the surgery went well .i had one chick swallowed after and browsed bit then .no pain . Only discomfort mainly because of healing process of gum and all 12 implants .. a prescription was given to me.antibiotic and painkiller.. thank you .see you soon for second visit

Everything in the clinic itself was excellent. Competent specialists, friendly staff, everything on time and without any problems. I would only like to note the choice of the hotel was not very good, the dark room went out into some kind of well. Day and night the same. And in the restaurant where most of your patients were forced to eat, the choice was not rich to say the least, but for me, who had all my teeth removed, it was completely sour. Eating the same soup 3 times a day is not very pleasant.

I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

My dentist Dr Taha Atkas is very professional, soft talking, and walking me through the entire process, which makes me very comfortable to work with them. Dr Taha Atlas is a great asset for the clinic. I finished all on 7 for my upper and lower jaws. I just finished stage 1 so far so good and will come back in 6 months for stage 2. After operation, I had bleeding in the nose. The clinic helps me out in this regard and the receptionists and clinical staff are all friendly, and helpful along the line. It was a pleasure experience so far.
I reviewed the 1 star review for this clinic on this website and understand the concerns raised by other patients. I understand the price is a sensitive topic. (e.g. the quote is different from initial agreement as the brand or treatment plan changes on site). My suggestion to avoid those 1 star review comments happened to individual patient is please to work with due diligence: (1) ask for the quotes with all the details and request all the brands and materials used in writing; (2) ask the virtual consultation to walk you through step by step. And for each step, ask for the price in writing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The dental surgery was effective and painless. But i would have liked a more detailed explanation of all the stages and what to expect. My mouth was uncomfortable, mainly the stitches but not painful. The hotel was very nice. but obviously the food you can eat without Teath is limited. Overall i am pleased with the first stage of my implants looking forward to stage 2

I'm happy the doctor was able to successfully complete [the difficult case]
I was impressed by the sedation as I am anxious of the dentists at the best of times but I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort I usually have with my dentist.
Also, I understand I was quite a difficult case (tooth extraction and multiple bone grafts etc. and so I’m happy to the doctor was able to successfully complete.
I have to say the sedation again; not sure I could have endured without it.
That I paid more than the initial ‘estimate’ but I do understand my case appeared more complex upon presentation. (It was my first actual examination as I had travelled from England

I think I made the right choice
I liked everything, pleasant staff, comfortable, qualified doctors. The first step on arrival at the clinic was an examination, a panoramic image. I had not had a panoramic image before, there were changes in my treatment, but I was prepared for them, as I knew the condition of my teeth. After my consent, I had 21 zirconium crowns placed, 3 teeth extracted and 4 implants placed. My visit was 4 days. Everything went well. In half a year I can go for implant crowns. I think I made the right choice.

My best recommendation in choosing a clinic
Thank you very much to all the staff of the YEG clinic. Attentive attitude to the patient during the whole time of treatment and preparation for it and even later on returning home. The staff is very friendly and responsive to any question. The clinic is superbly equipped with new equipment. I was very satisfied, the interpreter was always there to answer any questions I had. The experienced dental surgeon, anaesthetist, therapist and all the medical staff worked smoothly and I am very happy with the result. Removing 7 teeth and placing 6 implants with two sinus lifts in one appointment was a great experience. Of course I was worried about how long it would take to recover from such a huge facial intervention, but after a while I can see how well everything is going. Thank you so much for the surgery and the pain medication and advice on healing. The swelling and bruising went away in 2-3 weeks completely. The stitches dissolved after 30 days and nothing hurts. Now the implants are fully engrafted and I am already picking up tickets to return in 6 months for crowns. My best recommendation in choosing a clinic.

Review of YEG Clinic Istanbul
I would like to share my experience of my first visit to YEG Clinic Istanbul. My impressions are extremely positive!
From the very beginning everything was organised at the highest level: I was met by a transfer, taken to the hotel, shown and told everything in detail. The next day I had my appointment at the clinic. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Throughout the whole visit, I was accompanied by a coordinator who helped me to communicate with the doctors, translated and explained each stage of the procedure - thanks to this there were no difficulties.
The dental implant procedure was quick and absolutely painless. Despite having six implants, the whole operation took only about an hour! I am now going through the implants' engraftment phase and everything is going great at the moment - I feel great and am looking forward to my second visit to the clinic.
My impressions from my first visit were great. I wholeheartedly recommend YEG Clinic to anyone looking for quality and caring dental care.

I had my implants placed at the YEG clinic, a good, clean, modern dentistry with good equipment. The implantologist is a professional, placed the implants in less than an hour, quickly and painlessly. Attentive and caring staff at the clinic, kept in touch with me all the time. There was an interpreter during the operation. Transfers were organised from the airport to the hotel, to the clinic and back. The fee was about the same as we had discussed, except for a few things that really can not be taken into account in advance. The prices are very good. I recommend the clinic! 👍👍👍

I was most worried about the recovery process itself, but it turned out to be easier than I thought. The gums around the implant are healing well. The only real difficulty at the moment is having to avoid hard foods, but this is only temporary. The clinic itself and the equipment are top-notch. The staff were generally good, but sometimes seemed very busy, so I’ll give them 4 out of 5. Otherwise, the whole process went very smoothly.
I had dental implants fitted; I hesitated for a long time, but in the end I chose this clinic. The dentist explained everything in detail and was very attentive at every stage. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery wasn’t as difficult as I’d expected. I’ve got used to them now; they feel just like my own teeth. Overall, I’m pleased with both the result and the service.
