I got some moles removed and they did an amazing job. I reached out to them online and they were so responsive and answered all my questions and gave me a quote right away (and that is exactly what I paid when I got there, no hidden fees or anything). I went from NYC and it was so much more affordable to get it done in Cancun. They were so friendly and helpful and professional. They did an amazing job and answered all of my follow up questions afterwards. Great place to go for medical tourism, everyone I talked to spoke English. Dr. Jose Gabriel was amazing.

This is the best plastic surgery clinic around! I flew all the way from Canada to have an upper blepharoplasty and brow lift done. I'm so happy I chose to go here. Dr. Gabriel took very good care of me and answered all of my questions before I made the choice to go. As a nurse, asepsis is important to me, as well as post procedure antibiotics. I did not have to ask for anything as he already prescribed antibiotics and pain control meds. He maintained a perfectly sterile field during the surgery. 11 days post op and I am so happy with my results! While at the clinic for the procedure and upon returning a week later for stitches removal, I met 2 different patients from the US. It was great to connect with others from outside MX that made the decision to have their work done in here. It's important to mention that Karla was my first connection at Riviera Institute. She was amazing and responded quickly to my requests. She sent quotes and set up a meeting with the doctor, scheduled my procedure, looked after getting me to and from the clinic on surgery day. She was great and I'm so thankful to have had her as my main contact. The clinic is located in Galenia hospital which is JCI accredited. I recommend this place to everyone! I will be back. Thank you Riviera Institute! p.s...It costs me less than half of what I was quoted at home!

I recently had otoplasty (ear pinning surgery) with Dr. Gabriel, and I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience and the end results!! I came from Calgary, Canada, and was a bit nervous about the procedure, but from start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Gabriel, his nurses, and Karla, his assistant, made sure I felt well taken care of throughout the process. Karla set up a Zoom consultation with Dr. Gabriel, where he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and give me his professional recommendation on the best day for surgery during my vacation in Cancun. This thoughtful approach made me feel confident about the entire process even before arriving. Karla, who I communicated with via WhatsApp, was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. I honestly don’t think I would have gone through with the surgery if it wasn’t for Karla’s dedication and care. Dr. Gabriel recommended local anesthesia, and he was so wonderful in keeping me calm and informed throughout the procedure. He explained everything he was doing step-by-step, which really helped alleviate any nerves I had. The level of kindness and professionalism he showed made the entire experience so much smoother than I had anticipated. By the time I left the clinic, I felt great and was able to walk out 100% happy with my decision. I’m currently in the healing process, it's been a week since the procedure, and once my ears have fully healed, I’ll be back to share my before and after photos! Thank you again to Dr. Gabriel, his wonderful nurses, and Karla for everything! You literally changed my life and increased my confidence levels about how I look. Dr. Gabriel, you are such an amazing surgeon, I will be recommending you to all my girl friends.

Not yet a month since my rhinoplasty with Dr. Adrian and am loving my results! His assistant Karla walked me through everything from start to finish, so my entire experience was so easy. I came from the US by myself, stayed in the Sheraton next door to their offices and hospital, and had such a good experience. Karla answered any of my questions no matter night or day, and was so very kind to me. Unlike the US, the hospital keeps you in a lovely private room until your surgeon feels you are completely ready to be discharged (hours after surgery recovery room), and the hospital tech took me in a wheel chair directly to my hotel's elevator. Top class treatment from start to finish, and I'll still be having many Zoom calls as Dr.Adrian keeps tabs on my progress. Don't think about Beverly Hills, just go see the doctors at the Riviera Institute for world class care!
