I have never seen a worse place. Wait 3 hours for a consultation for 200€ and still not get it. If you respect yourself and your time, don't even consider this clinic. I wanted to have an operation here, 10,000€ is not a small amount of money for ordinary people. I am a person who has money and who is ready to pay, but such an attitude at the beginning makes it clear what will happen next. A clinic for suckers! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! There are much better places in Spain.. health to all

I am trying to make an appointment for two days. First, when you click on 3 to get attended in English they always connect you to Spanish. Second, today when they connected me to appropriate ambulant a woman asked me if I speak Spanish and when I said no she hanged up the phone even tho she spoke with me up until then in English. It says it's international hospital? Very, very rude behaviour. Never experienced anything like this.

I am very happy to have found Dr Elvira Herreria (psychologist) - she’s wonderful and i’ve been seeing her for 2 years + , looking forward to seeing her again @ teknon next month. This centre is very grand and large, looks so lovely with the trees and greenery. Lots of signs to aid navigation. But despite that i must say it was a bit difficult finding her office - all staff i asked were helpful and sweet. I only have experience with my Dr and she’s fantastic. Highly recommended.

Doctors and professional services are good in general (but always depends on a specific person/doctor) but the general client SERVICE is horrible!!! Takes forever to connect with their call center (and then when you finally on a line, they just hang-up for no reason o make you wait another eternity, literally EVERY TIME!!!)

I went with a friend who had severe back pain. The emergency service was well organised and quick. We waited some 30 min in total until she started to be treated. The staff was very friendly. No complains.
