Notaufnahme 12 Std.gewartet und durchweg unmotiviertes, unfreundliches Personal welches überhaupt keine Einfühlsamkeit zeigt. Der Job muss doch sowieso gemacht werden, warum nicht freundlich und mitfühlend? Auch dem Mitarbeiter würde es sicherlich dann am Ende des Tages besser gehen!Wo soll das bloß hinführen?

AWFUL!! I arrived at the Emergency Room around 22:45 in the evening. Although I was taken in quite quickly, the nurses and doctor show no empathy or compassion while treating you. The callous nurse hit a nerve while trying to give me the medicine in my (good) vein. It hurt so much I screamed and cried so she took it out and tried on the other side where there was absolutely no problem. I find it terrible that one is treated without compassion and NOT informed about what they are doing with you. I had to ask every time they put a needle in me to find out exactly what they were pumping into me (I had a bad allergic reaction and had a horrible red itchy rash all over my body). A good nurse/doctor always explains what and why they are doing a particular procedure and carry it out with accuracy and compassion. I was totally conherent so no reason they couldn't have VOLUNTEERED the information!!!! I was on a bed in the VERY noisy hallway for 5 hours (11pm to 4 am). No one ever bothered to give me water, take my boots or glasses off and I had to ask for a blanket. Will never go there again!!! From the mixed reviews here it seems the only thing they do well is deliver babies but one should never go their emergency room!

Das schlimmste Krankenhaus wo wir je waren.. Absolut unterbesetztes und überfordertes Personal.. Nach drücken des Notfall knopfes 45 min warten bis jemand kommt, die Schwester 10 mal um hörtest bitten.. Keine pda trotz Vereinbarung.. Und und und.. Also für Geburten absolut nicht zu empfehlen.. Vor 3 Jahren im uke das komplette Gegenteil erlebt..Da merkt man was vom Staat ist und was privat..

Ich war 2 mal mit einer Lungenentzündung in Barmbek das Personal aus der Pflege sehr bemüht aber völlig überfordert die Ärzte sehr arrogant nach dem Motto fragen sie nicht so viel in der Notaufnahme war man sehr bemüht trotz voller Flure alles in allem wurde ich dort gut behandelt allerdings die Hygiene ist katastrophal die WC und Sanitären Anlagen schlimm wie auf dem Bagnhof

Nach 7 Stunden warten im Warteraum der Notaufnahme und 6 maligen Nachfragen wurde mein Mann mit Schmerzen dann mal endlich aufgerufen.Es ist ein Unding wie da mit Menschen umgegangen wird die nicht grundlos nach einem Arbeitsunfall sind in die nataufnahme sich begeben. Nicht nur das er vergessen wurde und da muss ich noch dazu sagen das wir nicht die einzigen waren , sondern die Ärztin die sich dem ganzen dann noch angenommen hatte ihm mitteile ,,ich habe jetzt keine Zeit mehr gehen sie am Montag zum Arzt ohne Schmerzmittel oder vernümpftige Behandlung die bis zum Ende

Das kann ich nicht glauben ,dass man 4-5 Stunden in der Notaufnahme warten soll!! Total chaotisch !

Hallo!Meine Frau hat per Kaiserschnitt entbunden. Das OP Team im Kreißsaal war sehr nett und hat auf Fragen mit sehr viel Geduld geantwortet. Und da hört es auch auf mit der Freundlichkeit! Auf Station waren alle Hebammen und oder Krankenschwestern(außer eine Ausnahme) alle unfreundlich, überfordert, gestresst und unmotiviert! Wir haben drei Nächte dort verbracht, uns wurde der Notfallknopf gezeigt, aber leider ist erst jemand nach ca. 25 min gekommen! Das selbe ist mehrmals passiert und auch vom Nachbarzimmer wurde das selbe berichtet!Dies gilt auch für die Notfall Aufnahme! Extrem unfreundlich, überfordert und inkompetent! Könnte Namen nennen, aber das lass ich mal lieber!Ich denke mal, dass es hier nur um Gewinne geht für die Eigentümer und hier auf Kosten von unserer Gesundheit, Personal eingespart wird von ganz oben! Eine Hebamme hat uns gesagt, dass die nicht mehr viel Zeit hätten für Patienten, weil sie auch die Küchenarbeit machen müssten, was früher nicht der Fall war!Ein Armutszeugnis, was auf die Privatisierung der Krankenhäuser zurückzuführen ist! Gewinn vor Gesundheit!!!Das Krankenhaus ist nicht weiterzuempfehlen! LG

Kann nur sagen das das ganze Personal sehr freundlich ist als in wandsbek! Auch keine ausage gehen sie doch zum frauenarzt wie als in wandsbek kann ich nur entfehlen
