Great clinic! Highly professional doctors. They helped me recover from a disease that is still very poorly treated in Russia. Cozy and comfortable rooms, my family could come to visit me at any time and stay almost all day. Friendly nurses, although I hardly speak German, have always tried to help and sympathize.

Servicepersonal plaudert lieber mit dem Portier als dass sie sich um die Gäste kümmern und sehen jede Bestellung als lästige Anfrage. Sorry wir wollten sie wirklich nicht bei ihren privaten Gesprächen stören. Wir dachten nur es wäre vielleicht nicht zuviel verlangt ein ordentliches Service zu bekommen wenn man sich auch noch dazu in einer Privatklinik befindet. Da holt man sich den Kaffee doch lieber an einem Automaten. Frustfrei.

Habe meinen Dad in die Wiener Privatklinik begleitet als er seine Galle herausnehmen ließ.Die Unfreundlichkeit beim Portier ist gleich aufgefallen und wenn man aufmuckt wartet man gleich länger.Das Pflegepersonal dürfte dort scheinbar überhaupt etwas besseres sein als in jedem anderen Spital was sich bei jeder kleinen Frage bemerkbar macht.Sind eher damit beschäftigt schön und gut zu sein als auf Wünsche der Patienten einzugehen.Die Zimmer kommen einem vor wie vom letzten Jahrhundert, wo ist da bitte der angepriesene Luxus der auf der Homepage zu sehen ist? Jedes Provinzkrankenhaus hat schönere Zimmer.Bei jeder kleinen Sache die angesprochen wird hört man Aufpreis, Aufpreis und nochmal Aufpreis.Man merkt hier richtig das man mit aller Gewalt Geld verdienen will und scheinbar kann.Dieses Geld ist es aber überhaupt nicht Wert daher null und gar nicht zu empfehlen.

Zum Gebäude:Die Wiener Privatklinik ist alleine von der Innenausstattung eine Freude. Es ist was es ist- ein Spital. Jedoch muss man wirklich sagen dass die Atmosphäre mit jedem 3 Sterne Hotel in Wien mithalten kann und zumindest der Südflügel, in dem ich untergebracht war, sehr schön und einladend ist. Zum Personal:Die hier ausgesprochene Kritik am Empfang kann ich nachvollziehen, zwei echte Wiener die halt kein langes Gespräch suchen und sich nur kurz mit den Fragen der Menschen beschäftigen.Ich empfand dies jedoch weniger unhöflich als mehr die Art die in jedem Krankhaus an der Eingangspforte herrscht. Die Krankenschwestern und Helfer sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell mir gegenüber gewesen. Einziges Manko: als ich angekommen bin hatte niemand wirklich einen Plan von dem was mit mir vor der OP gemacht werden soll, ob ich schon Tabletten genommen habe ect... Es ist etwas unorganisiert rübergekommen, jedoch hat der Ablauf dann super funktioniert. Nach der Narkose war das Personal immer zur Stelle und ich muss wirklich hervorheben dass dies für mich einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat! Danke vielmals!

Von Aufnahme bis Entlassung kann ich von meinem Aufenthalt zur Kreuzbandplastik nur Gutes berichten. Pfleger, Schwestern und Arztpersonal in Station 3C (Süd 3. Stock) freundlich bis sehr freundlich und alle bemüht, dass es an nichts fehlt. Am Essen kann ich auch nichts aussetzen. Süd ist wohl der neuere Flügel, die Zimmer dort sind völlig OK in Größe und Ausstattung .

Because of the clinical indifference and the "great doctor Zielinski" my mother died. A simple case of cancer treats them with great indifference to these unassuming who only want money and money. I do not recommend this scammers

Tolles Einzelzimmer, absolut ruhig und wunderschönes Bad. Nette DKS, wunderbares essen. Die ganzen Untersuchung laufen in professioneller ruhiger Atmosphäre . Top moderne Röntgen/US/CT Geräte. Der Operationssaal ist high tec pur. In Kombination mit meinen super Chirurgen ( OA. Alexis Freitas) einfach perfekt.
