My experience was amazing. Dr Mustafa was incredible and made me feel completely at ease, and the nurses were so kind and caring throughout the whole process. My medical coordinator, Lara, was absolutely amazing and supported me every step of the way. The surgery has come out perfectly, exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making my dream come true, and giving me my confidence back ☺️❤️. I am still slightly bruised and swollen in the “after” picture I have added, but the difference speaks for itself!!!

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

My arrival at Istanbul airport was smooth and efficient. I was met and transported to my hotel. My hotel was lovely. Transportation from hotel to hospitals on time and efficient. I met my advocate at international patient area, she had everything under control, all tests lined up and doctor appointments were fabulous. My advocate translated to my language at every appointment. I’m very happy with the service and I felt very “looked after”. My outcome is excellent and I’m so very glad I had the best doctor and best care.

I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

I liked everything overall. Initially, I was very afraid, starting with the flight to another country, the transfer to the hotel and the operation itself. But the calmness and poise of the doctor and his team completely dispelled my doubts. 5 hours after the operation I returned to the hotel. Which is also very good because the hospital ward is the worst for me. Exactly after a week I took off the splint, my nose was still swollen. The nose is proportional to my face. When the swelling goes down it will be smaller

To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came. In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me. Explaining it to me on my fingers.

Everything was very organised, fast and I didn't even have time to get scared. Special thanks to the interpreter Valeria, she is always there, in touch 24/7. The medical staff of the clinics are attentive and responsive. Without a doubt, I would like to recommend Dr. Gökhan Bacak, he is a true master of his craft.

This is not my first experience with Dr Med because I trust this team. Experienced surgeons and competent support from the medical team. Timely support and assistance, both physical, emotional and psychological, help patients feel like they are in good hands. That's why I recommend this clinic to my friends, and they too have been treated here several times and are ready to come back again, just like me.🫰

I had my penile implant surgery at Men’s Health Clinic and the whole process went very smoothly. All the team was good and the organization almost perfect. Most of my questions were answered quickly and precisely. The only negative aspect I want to mention to keep others from having the same exoerience: I lost almost 4cm in length due to some special anatomy reasons, as I understand it and by now I am very happy with my implant but still a bit sad about every cm I lost, especially because nobody had told me before that this will/would/could happen. 5 points because I completely trust the whole team, especially Dr. Mete who was my actual surgeon as I found out and for those of you who are length-lovers, I would recommend some good information gathering beforehand! By now I found out, that the Coloplast implant does NOT grow in lenth, as the AMS does. An important information I had wisehd to have BEFORE.

After a month in Antalya, I had a consultation with a doctor at the clinic and after the operation. All this time Valeria accompanied me and was in touch with me. I am satisfied with the results. Good afternoon! My trip was fully in line with the pre-plan and the package I was offered. For me the main thing that was prescribed everything was fulfilled 💯! All the people around me gave me confidence and peace of mind. I can't tell you the result of the operation yet, I need time. Yes, the organisational issues here are on the level!
