I was recommended Dr Med by Bookimed, a very good, trustworthy medical platform. My accordinator could not speak highly enough of Dr Aykut and the team, and she was right. From start to finish I received the best medical and supportive care. Muhlise who was there for me to talk to 24 hours a day is one of the loveliest people I have ever come across, answering all my questions, concerns and organising everything for me. They checked my bloods and did a full health check to check that I was well enough to have all the procedures. The nurses were so lovely and there every second to look after me and make sure I had a good, quick recovery. Within 3 days I felt as if I hadn't even had an operation. I had no discomfort, no pain, was able to see a bit of Istanbul which was lovely. I was put in such a lovely hotel and luxuary transfer to and from all my appointments and airports. Now two months after surgery, I am quite happy with the shape of my new eyelids
The medical team members are so friendly and helpful. Although I speak zero Korean, I can sense their passion and empathy, which dramatically reduced my anxiety to go through the surgery. They are very supportive from the right beginning to the end when I left Seoul. And big thanks to the assistance from Yena, who provides detailed before and after care instructions rather than just working as an interpreter.
Now two months after surgery, I am quite happy with the shape of my new eyelids. They look much younger and alert.

I liked everything overall. Initially, I was very afraid, starting with the flight to another country, the transfer to the hotel and the operation itself. But the calmness and poise of the doctor and his team completely dispelled my doubts. 5 hours after the operation I returned to the hotel. Which is also very good because the hospital ward is the worst for me. Exactly after a week I took off the splint, my nose was still swollen. The nose is proportional to my face. Hello everyone, There was a problem with gynecomastia in the left breast. I saw an advertisement from the “bookimed” campaign on the Internet, after which I read the reviews (which aroused confidence) and contacted “Bookimed”, the company's managers were sympathetic to my situation and coordinated with Elena who works at B.care medical clinic (in Bangkok) . Elena clearly and clearly explained how we can eliminate this problem, after which I came for a consultation, having done an ultrasound scan, sent blood tests and after consulting with Elena and a Thai surgeon, gynecomastia in the left breast was confirmed, it was decided to operate. I arrived at the clinic on the morning of the operation, Elena and a team of Thai nurses prepared everything clearly and after 2-3 hours the doctor began the operation under local anesthesia, the operation lasted 1 hour + -, everything was professional, Elena's support was present even during the operation (tk I didn’t sleep), after the operation, I spent one more day at the hospital in the clinic (the room is very comfortable, the conditions and communication from the staff are at a high level - shower, food, cleaning, Elena and nurses visit to control my condition). Everything went very easily, the case when you are dealing with highly qualified specialists. Elena, thank you for organizing and coordinating the preparatory, operational and postoperative working moments and for maintaining morale during the operation!

I had a really great experience with my doctor and care here. I wanted a very natural looking nose, not to look "doll-like" or like I had a rhinoplasty. Same for lip filler. I felt like both were done taking exactly what I wanted into account and the overall symmetry at the end for my nostrils was excellent - my nose had been broken and before surgery lack of symmetry was a big issue. I believe it required different degrees of cutting for each nostril so I'm very impressed that the end result's symmetry appears less than 1mm different from one another, that's a huge improvement from before. The shape is really nice and I was impressed that after surgery the packing was done in such a way that I was able to breathe through my nose the whole time, even during my recovery.

Liked that they let me stay in Hospital
Longer - this made things safer
I was told my medicine would be included but was a little
Annoyed I had to go withdraw money to get my medicine for after care, especially after surgery when walking was a major issue after surgery (I got very faint)
I ended up organising my own massages post op as I was told double the price of my original pricing for the massage
My aftercare was a little bad. Mixed opinions on diffrent things .
