The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. I chose not to use the services at all. I was working with book med for months looked at the pictures of the hospital, but when I got there and actually saw the hospital, it was dirty. The room where you take. The pictures looks dirty unorganized so what would the operating room look like? I pay the consultant fee, but the doctor never touched me. Never put his hands on me. Just looked at my pictures and I'm in the room so you need to fix that.

I didn't make anything else very unprofessional. It was like the doctor didn't have time yet. You want to cut on me very unprofessional he was unprofessional looks sloppy. Yeah I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

He looks sloppy like he didn't have time like I said before he never even touched me so I paid a consultation fee for a conversation about nothing, not happy

The staff at the hospital do not speak English well, but they are great. The food in the hospital could be better. I think these are not even disadvantages, but just small shortcomings.
