The medical team members are so friendly and helpful. Although I speak zero Korean, I can sense their passion and empathy, which dramatically reduced my anxiety to go through the surgery. They are very supportive from the right beginning to the end when I left Seoul. Everything went quite well....first of all, of course, thanks to the girl Natalia Bruyaka, who was always in touch and helped solve all the questions that I had along the way...Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help on throughout the entire period... Everything was organized well... we were met at the airport, a VIP transfer, a black Mercedes, the driver, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name - a great guy, just an ace, took him to the hotel... Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... It is so important for the patient to be able to communicate with the manager at any time: to talk, consult, discuss personal issues and possible risks. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. On the other hand, I’m even glad that I had such a short communication experience, especially since I was able to evaluate the capabilities of Bookimed! I understand that for the reader my review may be similar to an ode of praise, but as they say, “you can’t erase words from a song.”))) Therefore, I can only continue to talk about how it was in my specific case. Thanks to the Khizar clinic for a luxurious spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an additional sofa for visitors, as well as delicious meals three times a day. It would seem difficult to surprise us with high-quality Turkish service in a hotel, but when your stay in the clinic is exactly the same as in a hotel, it is much more valuable at a time when you are absolutely alone in a foreign country and your physical capabilities are temporarily limited. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. Hello everyone, There was a problem with gynecomastia in the left breast. I saw an advertisement from the “bookimed” campaign on the Internet, after which I read the reviews (which aroused confidence) and contacted “Bookimed”, the company's managers were sympathetic to my situation and coordinated with Elena who works at B.care medical clinic (in Bangkok) . Elena clearly and clearly explained how we can eliminate this problem, after which I came for a consultation, having done an ultrasound scan, sent blood tests and after consulting with Elena and a Thai surgeon, gynecomastia in the left breast was confirmed, it was decided to operate. I arrived at the clinic on the morning of the operation, Elena and a team of Thai nurses prepared everything clearly and after 2-3 hours the doctor began the operation under local anesthesia, the operation lasted 1 hour + -, everything was professional, Elena's support was present even during the operation (tk I didn’t sleep), after the operation, I spent one more day at the hospital in the clinic (the room is very comfortable, the conditions and communication from the staff are at a high level - shower, food, cleaning, Elena and nurses visit to control my condition). Everything went very easily, the case when you are dealing with highly qualified specialists. The Medi-Cal team was amazing and the hospital stay was beyond expectations.. No words can express this journey, especially that I was alone and I have no-one to help, the medical team was the family that I didn't have in this hard time!! It started by arranging my fflight pickup from the airport, brought a luxurious van to take me from and to hospital, hotel and airport , they offered me the full support and successfuly completed a very complicated surgery, I owe them all my gratitude.
My only complaint is that they didn't ask for an emergency number in case of a crisis .. I did that by informing my family with the number of the personal assistant who was occupied to assist me in my whole journey there.

I had such an amazing experience, firstly I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Linda. We spoke lots before I came and she answered all my questions and made me feel really at ease before I travelled.
She sent a vip car to the airport to collect me and gave the driver a big bag of snacks and drinks and sweets for me which was so nice of her.
I arrived to my hotel which was beautiful 5 star, the staff were so nice and didn’t let me lift a finger.
The next morning Linda sent another VIP car to collect me and bring me to the hospital where she was there to meet me with her lovely kind smiling face.
She stayed with me all day until I had my operation in the evening, she knew how anxious I was and tried to take my mind off it by sitting chatting laughing with me, it really worked!
The nurses in the hospital were so kind and helpful, although they’re was a language barrier this didn’t matter they understood me as a human and took great care of me. One of the nurses even ordered me a kebab when I woke from my operation as I could not do it from my phone I tried to give her the money but she refused I will never forget this girl she was so nice.
Linda came to collect me the next day and i returned to my hotel to rest, i told her that i had poor sleep in the hospital and she got me some medication to help with this along with lots of other medication and essentials from the pharmacy she really did think of everything.
On these next few days i continued to have support from Linda, she came to my hotel with the doctor to remove my bandages and also helped me to wash my hair as I wasn’t able to do it alone.
I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the whole process without Linda, she is an amazing lady and deserves a lot of credit for what she does. She has such a kind caring nature about her and I instantly knew that I could trust her.
I spoke with her about some other procedures I would like done and she took my photos to discuss with the doctors and Is preparing a plan for me at the moment, I honestly could not ask for better care this time so I will 100% be returning for my other treatments later in the year. I trust Linda with my life and I would recommend Asya hospital for any treatment.
Thankyou so much to all the doctors nurses and people behind the scenes that made this all possible, I finally have my confidence back and I’m looking forward to my future (something I wasn’t able to do for a long time) I’m forever grateful to you all ❤️

The doctor Young min at Very Good plastic surgery is great! He has a a lot of expertise and experience, he’s the head m chef of the clinic as well.
But, Tanya at the clinic she didn’t give me any support at all she was suppose to be there for me and give me support, I did a huge surgery , jaw reduction and a chin reduction, so the doctor cut in my bones.
So when I woke up I was in sooo my agony and pain I’ve never felt anything like it in my entire life, it felt like I had a screwdriver penetrating my temples slow back and forth, it was terrible, instead of being there for me saying everything went good etc they just started to scream “stop crying” wouldn’t even bother to ask why I was crying or if I was having any pain at all
The nurses told me “ you paid for this cosmetic procedure you put yourself in this situation “ when I ask for pain killers. She also told me “I’ve never seen anyone like you, in this much pain, I won’t give you more” like I was lying?
I’ve never had death anxiety before but I thought I was going to die. The sent me home 24h after surgery I was super swollen and scared, I felt betrayed of everyone. I was alone in this country.
When I showed my inspiration photos to Tanya the translator/assistant she laughed.
Even after surgery she didn’t give me any support, I felt in the way, like I was a problem for them.
But it was some good nurses as well x.
