I received first-class personal treatment through every aspect of my care, from the first contact until discharge. It was impressive. My procedure was a surgical phlebectomy for a single varicose vein in one leg. What stood out was the surgeon's approach; he performed the procedure himself and took the time to show me the ultrasound images to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I understood the compression stocking routine for my recovery. I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of what I initially paid to the clinic.
First class personal treatment in all aspects care and treatment from initial contact to discharge. Highly recommend

If you're researching a breast lift, you probably value a clear and organized process, just like I do. The entire journey, from initial inquiries to arriving at the clinic, was managed with a high degree of professionalism. Everything was handled efficiently. The clinical environment was orderly, and the staff were attentive throughout my stay. I found my surgeon to be very thorough during our discussions, making sure all technical aspects were understood before moving forward. I'm currently in the early phase of recovery, and the healing is progressing just as the medical team outlined it would. The clinic provided excellent care
What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process and the pain. I’d read about the laparoscopic TEP procedure and knew it was minimally invasive, but I still had my concerns. In reality, it turned out to be quite bearable. The hardest part in the first few days was getting out of bed, that’s true. Now, in the early stages of recovery, I only feel a slight tightness in my groin when walking, and coughing causes only minor discomfort rather than sharp pain. The doctors and staff were competent and answered all my questions clearly, which gave me confidence. Everything went according to plan. The clinic provided excellent care.
The coordinator was always available, and the staff always went out of their way to help and support me; even though I didn’t really speak the language, everything was top-notch

Unfortunately, my experience was a huge disappointment. Although my procedure was a traditional platysmaplasty, I am dissatisfied with the work of the surgeon and the clinic as a whole. The staff did their best, which was a small ray of hope, but that couldn’t make up for the fundamental shortcomings. Recovery is difficult. So far, dealing with the compression garments has by far been the hardest part of the whole process, making it even more unpleasant. All in all, a very sobering experience for me.
The "Zeppelin" hotel was the only good thing about my whole trip
Languages: English and Polish only.
No German interpreter. Communication is very difficult, relying solely on translations via the app.
