Many thanks to Bookimed for their services. Prosperity to you. The clinic was good, the interior, cleanliness, etc., everything was fine. The main and biggest plus of the clinic is the surgeon Burak himself. He is a very nice person and an excellent doctor. The staff is friendly, after the operation I was in the clinic under the round-the-clock supervision of nurses. They also left only positive emotions. They fed, cared for, even helped to go to the toilet. They came without a “call” to check if everything was fine. I also want to note that going into anesthesia was quick and pleasant, if I may say so. It's like falling asleep after a hard day - these are the emotions I had when I fell asleep. I also want to note the hotel, not a bad enough hotel and the staff is wonderful. Water, cleaning - everything is as it should be. By the way, there were practically no bruises, only swelling for 1-3 days. Separately, I want to highlight my translator, Ali. I am very glad that it was he who accompanied me, I am extremely grateful. He's a great guy, easy to talk to. He answered all my questions very quickly, even outside business hours. there was only one problem in the organization of the transfer, but it was quickly resolved.

From pickup to drop off, it was all so easy. Denisa, my surgery coordinator was so sweet and made me really feel at ease. The doctor was also funny yet professional. My wife made a surprise - a trip to Turkey and a hair transplant. I found out about this within a few hours. I liked the clinic. We met at the airport. True, there was a tire puncture and we sold it in about 40 minutes. We were given 5 stars. Quite good with a good breakfast. It is not located in the very center, but getting there by taxi is no problem. About 20 minutes. The transplant took about 6 hours. First, they take blood for analysis. AIDS and all that. Then they shave. Next, a lot of anesthesia is injected into the donor area. 30 injections. More unpleasant than painful. Then they begin to shave and pull out the follicles. They said they took 4500. I didn’t count. Next, about 30 injections into the transplant area. Well, they start planting follicles like mushrooms. It feels like you're piercing cardboard with a pen. No pain. Between procedures they provide excellent food. Then bandage and go home. This is the most unpleasant and painful topic an hour before the end. The painkillers began to wear off and this was much worse than the injections themselves. But everything is tolerable. Childbirth is probably more painful. I liked everything except the woman doctor. She addressed me not as a patient, but as a bad boss addressing a subordinate. Always twice, but that was enough for me. "Mister, stand up!" the tone of the German officer is not exactly what I would like to hear. But the translator Olga worked 200%. She still supervises me and is always in touch. The director is a great guy. By the way, the assistant is also great. I recommend the clinic. The wife is smart. A good choice and most importantly, they didn’t try to bully me about the need for two trips for an amount many times more than I paid. I will see the result only in a year. In the meantime, only 12 days have passed. And, for the first time, it will be very difficult to sleep on your back. It's not a dream. You need to make sure you don’t scratch your head, lie down on it, and so on. But it's worth it. Good luck.

Everything was brilliant with the consultant and his team, the hospital ward staff were good apart from one nurse that was on shift and was quite rude. All the transfers were good until we needed to get to the airport and the driver was stuck somewhere and we ended up paying. 1 500 tl to get us to the airport. Our interpreter was brilliant and we had a laugh with her. I wasn’t expecting to pay out nearly £600.00 extra with having to buy all medicines and medication and protein powder. This was a shock to me as nobody had told me about this. So overall my experience was really good and the operation went really well, just lacking in a bit of after care and additional add ons.

Ihsan was absolutely amazing! He is very friendly and always available. He is the best coordinator. I would recommend Ihsan to everyone 😁. Dr. Ali Ertan Capar and his surgical nurse, Jon, where very professional, personable, and accommodating. They checked on me regularly. I definitely recommend the doctor and his team. The doctor's office was very first class and clean. I loved the decor.
The hospital staff used language translators to communicate.
The food was not good at the hospital. Take your own breakfast bars.
Suggestion: in future have the hospital provide water to patients. I was service lunch with no beverage. Thank GOD I was given several bottled water from Jon at his expenses.
I would NOT recommend the A11 hotel. The breakfast is the same everyday. No room service. The elevator doesn't go to the lobby. The room was very small. The bed is very low. Difficult to get up after surgery. My room didn't get cleaned. No AC kept cutting off. The doorman does his best to assist.
I changed hotels to Cevahir Hotel Istanbul Asia. This hotel was 5 star and fantastic! 24 hour room service! Very clean. My room was cleaned everyday. Most of the staff spoke English. Very good menu. The food was delicious. The room was spacious and had a water view. I could open the window for fresh air.

Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I don't know her position correctly. I'll attach a screen recording showing the dialog. Transfer to the airport is included in the price of all this. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. Then they said that it was broken or something else and that I would call a taxi myself. I couldn't do it because I couldn't pay. The card already had a limit on funds. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Katerina said the issue is under consideration by the authorities. For the past three days does not answer at what stage the question. Regarding the doctor. All OK. I had a difficult breast situation. He corrected her. But so far it's only been a week. I think it's definitely better than it was. But he didn't hear me. I asked for bigger breasts. I installed a 400 ml implant, but I don’t like it because there is no volume anyway.

This place is a money hungry butcher shop. They sent me away with a terrible infection that landed me in another hospital for a month in intensive care and two more surgeries that cost twice as much. My legs look like show leather and are really butchered up. My face is still swollen and it’s been 2 months. This company is the worst company for healthcare and compassion. They got their money and left me to rot. No follow up care what so ever. I couldn’t even clean myself up. The infection was so bad.
There was no support. The doctor said someone would come by and give me a shower and they went out of town. Someone that wasn’t part of the support system came to help me. I needed a professional. Just before I left I was septic. NO HELPED me at all. They ignored the symptoms I reported. They sent me out of the country without paperwork that I was fit to travel. Which I wasn’t. I was lucky to finally get home and check into a hospital immediately.

I had a Rhinoplasty done. Everything went on well. Starting from a driver picking up from the airport. Communication throughout between representative and myself was without any delays. Representative was able to give/find the answers within appropriate time frame. The surgeon was very friendly and was happy to answer all of he questions. The hospital was clean. Hospital staff were friendly and always had smile on their faces. Hotel was acceptable. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Some of the mail staff would benefit from being a little more friendly. In general had a great experience.

: nurses ... the most cheerful ladies, from start to finish they were there and supported me,because it was my first ever surgery in my life…! they supported as much as possible, both mentally and physically, always been there for me! - 10/10 Ratish ... 10/10 Go trough all receptions with me to collect all the necessary tests and was a guide until the very end!

Overall, great service and pleased with my results
From pickup to drop off, it was all so easy. Denisa, my surgery coordinator was so sweet and made me really feel at ease. The doctor was also funny yet professional. I was having labiaplasty so it was nice to smile through it all. Also my recovery was really simple. I had minor pain for maybe 1 day and then I was really moving around fine. Plus, I knew I could call on Denisa if I had any problems. I really appreciated that since I was traveling alone for my surgery. Overall, great service and pleased with my results.

Great medical team, I cannot thank each of the nurses enough! And my Dr, Dr Lovetinska had great bedside manners and comforted me about the procedure prior and what I was seeing as results after, explaining all that was done in the operating room. I am still healing as it has only been 10 days post-op, but wow. The results so far are amazing. I can't wait until my 3 month mark to see how everything has settled!

The medical team was excellent. Extremely professional. Remember you are in a foreign country and not everyone speaks English and this may be difficult if you have an overnight stay in a hospital and it’s difficult to communicate. Know Turkish or use your translate app. Daniela the coordinator lovely and speaks English perfectly. Overall DR Yavuz Dr. Esra Are the best. i would recommend them to anyone.
