I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

This was worth the cost

Left ear hearing lost of 25yrs long, regained over a week ago after undergoing a tympanoplasty surgery. Very skilled doctors. Very supportive medical team. The nurses on night shift checked on me between 30minutes and an hour to take my BP and check if I was fine. Xxx Very clean, spacious and quite hospital room,if you are not in pain after a surgery, you have a little office table and a comfortable office chair to work on your laptop, sit on the armchair and watch outside through the wide window or just lay on your comfortable and clean hospital bed! I had a five stars room with five stars everything including the very clean and spacious washroom with all amenities. Very comfortable to shower either while sitting or standing. This was worth the cost.😍😍😍😍😍 Met an Orthopaedic expert too who successfully diagnosed my knee condition after one year of GP visits without any conclusions. I can only recommend that if you are looking for everything I have mentioned above while looking for surgery, look no further! This hospital is fairly cheaper, too, compared to many in Turkey. Bookimed helped me choose this after comparing costs with a number of them best medical facilities in Turkey. For ENT, look out for Prof.Dr.Yavuz Selim Yildirim attached on pic.

Meeting a doctor that knows exactly what your problem is, tells/shows you and explains what needs to be done and assures you he can fix it. Expertise and confidence! That gave me 100% hope that my hearing condition was reversible and pa👂 😃

At the orthopaedic, I was given a pictorial sheet for physical exercises for my knees, every text under each pic is in Turkish. For God's sake, we need to read this time and again to get the concept on our own after the translators or after leaving Turkey. 🤔 If only this hospital could have Prescription sheets and data in both English and Turkish without a patient having to ask for, this would lessen the burden placed on translators having to explain what a patient could just read for themselves had it been in English.

Thank you very much, I am so greatful. 🙏 But, I had tooany coordinators from bookimed, I can not remember them all as the hospital also had too many coordinators texting me, very confusing! Had my tonsils taken out in Medical Park Antalya Hastanesi with Dr. Harun Doğru. Great experience, from messaging Bookimed, i was hesitant because reviews were all so positive, i was scared it would be a scam but after the experience I have absolutely nothing bad to say. They were so helpful, they booked everything for me and required very little from me. Once I flew out there, I was met with a fantastic interpreter Kamil who was fantastic, I would be completely lost without him. Then to Dr. Harun, thank you for a smooth operation and recovery. Would 100% recommend all of bookimed, Medical Park and Dr. Harun. Thank you all for a positive experience!

Money down the drain. The operation was “done”, the nose did not breathe before the operation, and still does not breathe after, although the emphasis was placed on this. I, as a mother, really asked. If the doctor is not competent in this matter, I believe that there was no need to take on this matter.

Everything was satisfactory, the medical team was excellent, the hospital stay was superb, without any complaints or remarks.

We were thoroughly impressed with everything at this clinic. We have no complaints or criticisms whatsoever. In my opinion, everything here is thoughtfully designed and organized to the highest standard, starting with the clinic's transfer service, which picked me up from the bus station upon my arrival in a foreign country and took me to my specified accommodation address. Bookimed was always available for assistance and support. Additionally, on the day of arrival, clinic staff contacted me by phone in advance and remained in touch throughout our stay in Turkey. All the doctors we consulted were polite and highly professional individuals. Throughout our time there, we were accompanied and assisted by interpreters, who were also very polite and highly professional. I extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone at this clinic we interacted with—I thank you a million times. You exceeded our expectations.

Every aspect was pre-arranged, airport pick-up/drop-off, private cars to appointments. The Dr and his assistant showed a high level of expertise. My son (17 years old) underwent septoplasty, correction of nasal septum. Dr Selman Sarica was very attentive, friendly and professional! All the staff of the clinic, above and beyond praise! Nurses, interpreters and of course Dr Selman, all worked professionally, quickly and smoothly. The clinic itself is very large, works in different areas, clean spacious rooms, the room has a shower, toilet, all bathroom accessories. By the way, the same price was in Ajibadem, but they sent me an offer on 17 May, when I had already set up for treatment in Hisar. My sister had a checkup in Ajibadem and I stopped by the clinic.
