It’s hard to even imagine how much time, financial and professional costs it took for the creators to make the information so accessible and complete for the patient. Thank you for your work and choosing such a useful niche as this! It is so important for the patient to be able to communicate with the manager at any time: to talk, consult, discuss personal issues and possible risks. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. On the other hand, I’m even glad that I had such a short communication experience, especially since I was able to evaluate the capabilities of Bookimed! I understand that for the reader my review may be similar to an ode of praise, but as they say, “you can’t erase words from a song.”))) Therefore, I can only continue to talk about how it was in my specific case. Thanks to the Khizar clinic for a luxurious spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an additional sofa for visitors, as well as delicious meals three times a day. It would seem difficult to surprise us with high-quality Turkish service in a hotel, but when your stay in the clinic is exactly the same as in a hotel, it is much more valuable at a time when you are absolutely alone in a foreign country and your physical capabilities are temporarily limited. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. Low bow to the doctor for his professionalism, ability to listen to the patient and a high-quality operation. I would also like to thank Gulshirin Beshimova for the opportunity to make my stay in Turkey as comfortable as possible. Just as theater begins with a coat rack, so in my case Istanbul greeted me with a friendly smile from the driver and a luxurious car. It is impossible not to mention Alpay. I’ve been driving for 20 years, but I’ve never seen anyone pay such attention to the car and the passengers sitting in the back seat: TV, music from all over the world, water of different temperatures, drinks, napkins, a footrest for comfortable feet, and even a fresh bouquet of herbs to scent the salon! Hello, my name is Vladislav Ivanov, Ukraine, Odessa city. In February 2021, my daughter Vlada was diagnosed with anaplastic ependymoma, we went to the doctors for a week trying to find out why the child started having severe headaches. They went through examinations, did an MRI, and as a fact, they found a brain tumor. That's when the ground slipped from under my feet. Realization has come - this has already happened, which means you need to quickly take action. The first thing we did was go to the children's hospital in Kyiv, the child was given a shunt. But unfortunately, fluid began to collect in my head and my vision began to fall sharply. The doctors explained that an operation was urgently needed. We did not have a large accumulated amount, and we decided to complete the operation abroad. We contacted Bookmed. We contacted the employee Marina. Marina quickly found a clinic for us in Turkey, organized a trip for us, flew to Turkey in a matter of days. The hospital was already waiting for us. Examined, took blood for tests and the next day an operation was scheduled. Everything went well. Then they underwent a course of radiotherapy. The results are positive, we were sent home to Ukraine (August 2021). Every 3 months they underwent MRI, the pictures were good .. But a year later, in March 2022, we heard the terrible words “relapse”, “war”. Hastily collected the necessary documents and left for Lviv. From there, by large buses, all children with cancer began to be taken out along the humanitarian corridor from Ukraine to Europe. The daughter and his wife were assigned to France. A second operation was performed, the tumor was removed, and after that a course of chemotherapy was prescribed. After a month of taking the course, the doctor said that chemotherapy was not helping. The doctor suggested experimental chemotherapy, but that didn't help either. As a result, the daughter is getting worse and worse every day. The child began to walk badly, the right leg and handle practically do not work. The child melted before my eyes. It's all very scary, but it's worse to leave Vlad without an opportunity for treatment. I again turned to Marina Bookmed Marina again very quickly found us a hospital in Turkey, helped us with the flight Paris Istanbul. Arrived at the hospital 2 days later, the operation was successful!!! After the operation, the child began to talk, swallow, and after a couple of days to walk. My name is Sergey, I am undergoing treatment at the oncology department of the Nordwest Clinic in Frankfurt am Main. I would like to note the high professional level of doctors, the technical equipment of the clinic at the proper level. I want to express special gratitude to Professor Elka Yeager, senior doctor Kiselichki, Dr. Weber, the highest level of professionalism, are very friendly and attentive, the junior staff are smart, everything is super, I’m very pleased with the treatment, if not for one “but” ... Because of ignorance language had to contact the company "Phoenix Service", which is an intermediary for the provision of medical services, led by Radislav. My communication with them began with the fact that before arrival they demanded a significant prepayment, which was timely transferred to their account. After arriving at the clinic, I had to transfer money several times, rather big money. I persistently asked the company’s employees to conclude an agreement with me on the provision of services by Phoenix Service, in order to specifically understand which services and for what specific payment the services will be provided. However, no contracts, as well as invoices with prices, were provided to me, which directly testifies to dishonesty. Only two months later I received the clinic’s bills (with which I completely agree) and separately a bill from Phoenix Service for the services rendered, after viewing which there were simply no words ... As it turned out, being treated in Germany was not expensive, it was expensive to pay for the services of Phoenix invoiced, which either didn’t turn out at all, or turned out to be in the wrong amount and at very high prices. I tried to talk with the head of the company Radislav, saying that I did not agree with the bill, to which I received the answer "if something does not suit you, you can refuse our services further." I officially wrote an appeal to the clinic about the detachment from this dishonest company, to which I received a positive response. He also wrote an official letter to Phoenix with a request to review the account, to which he still has not received an answer. I want to warn everyone who is in my position, those cancer patients who sell everything in order to pay for treatment and live on, but these “phoenixes” don’t stop at anything to enrich themselves at their expense.

The clinic has a very good atmosphere, despite the fact that it is a hospital. Stay in this clinic can be compared with a sanatorium. The doctors are qualified, they explain everything in detail, they are treated with respect. The chamber is very comfortable, beautiful view from the window, which helps to switch a little from the disease. There is wi-fi in the ward, which is very important for foreign patients, since you can always contact your relatives without any problems. There is a TV, a fridge, a shower and a toilet in the ward. I am very pleased with the book service, namely Katerina and Daria, as they facilitated all the organizational issues. We picked up the necessary flight at the best price. I was very worried that when we arrived at the airport we would reach the clinic without knowing the language. But bookimed takes care of his patients, we were met by a transfer, brought to the clinic, held to the reception, helped to arrange all the documents. If there were any questions, Daria and Katerina are always in touch and always helped to resolve any issue. I am very pleased with the clinic that bookimed offered us. Cun underwent five operations that were successful and now, every day his son is getting better. LIV Hospital services are very much in line with and in no way inferior to the world level, believe me, because due to health problems of my family, we had to see clinics in the USA, China, South Korea, Israel. From the very first call I felt great care for me as a loved one. Many thanks to Sabina, Nigina - coordinators / translators, they did a great job, we could contact them at any time of the day and they supported the patient with all their hearts. Please note that everything here is based on Turkish, only doctors can communicate in English. It can be seen how much Turkey has advanced and is self-sufficient. I am grateful to fate that I met the professor - neurosurgeon Chagatay Ozturk. Easy to communicate, concise, it is immediately clear that the highest level specialist, after the examination, identified the problem and showed it on the MRI scan and explained what was to come. An operation was performed to remove the hernia on L5-S1 and a titanium disc was installed. The atmosphere of the team was very favorable and cozy, there was a high level of coherence and discipline. The concern was such that I did not feel any pain or heaviness, although they say that the operation was not an easy one. On the second day after the operation, I already walked and on the sixth day I was already discharged. Finally I got rid of pain and sleepless nights over the years! I had an amazing experience with this hospital. The hospital itself was pristinely clean and the room I was given was luxurious and private. From all my pre op testing to after my surgery, everything flowed and was done so smoothly. The attention and care I got from the nurses post op put me at ease and made me feel so safe. They very much prioritise the patients health as all hospitals should but with the horror stories you hear in the media about health tourism is hard to find a hospital to trust, but lokman hekim is one that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone and I think I picked the right place to have my gastric sleeve.
