From the start to finish, everything was perfect. I have used different clinics and hospitals in turkey but the service provided here and the care of the doctors has been the best. Aliser and Ayperi were both very caring and help with translation, Aliser was there helping with every need was very humble and caring nature. All the nurses and doctor main concern was the help and our comfort, one nurse who we thanked said no don't thank me it's my job. The doctors visited us everyday to check up and would care for all our needs, even the outpatient admin came to see if everything is ok then said she will speak to the nurses even though it wasn't her job. The airport transportation, pick up and drop off were punctual, room was spacious, clean and tidy. The room was cleaned multiple times a day and food was provided which was tasty considering its hospital. It definitely deserves 10/10 not because of the facilities but because of the staff who run the place from the cleaning staff all the way to the doctors.

I can leave only positive feedback about the clinic, because in our case, I can't pick on anything, even on purpose. We had a consultation and initial examination by a doctor. I should have booked everything together. I went like a dope, without doing any research before. I have an iPhone, and my navigation didn’t work on the Subterranean Trains. A link info, would have helped. Tell anybody that goes, to install the software on their phones. I lost like 24 hours, getting lost.. Next time, I will plan, plan, and plan, before going.
