Dr. Hakan Ikizoglu was excellent, very professional, charismatic, and supportive throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and personally handled the key parts of the procedure. The operation was smooth and almost painless, with a well-organized and experienced team. The support staff was also great. Transfer, translation, and overall coordination were handled perfectly, making everything stress-free. I would definitely recommend it.

Prague is a beautiful city, the people are very nice and helpful. You can go out to eat very well. The hotel is centrally located so you can get everywhere on foot. The clinic is easy to find, the treatment room is well equipped and the doctor is perfect in her profession. I had no pain and was able to use my free time without restrictions after the treatment! The clinic staff are very friendly and courteous and help with any questions. . It was a very interesting journey and I can gladly recommend it, of course any time again! Dr Mustafa Aydinol is superb. He doesn’t sell you dream and that’s great. Apart from this he is highly skilled, I had a complex surgery due to an extreme fat loss in the past. So has tummy tuck, thigh lift, stomach with back and thighs liposuction as well as bbl. And I have to say the wounds looks great, outcome already look really promising. Better than I would have hoped. As for the coordinators, Yasemin was there every step in pre planing and Lara was amazing coordinating everything from the airport pick up to arranging for me a stay in nurse the first few days to handling my emotional roller coaster. Honestly if I do have reconstructive or plastic surgery again, it will be a with only them and Dr Aydinol

Dr was available to talk to prior to surgery. Staff support on line and in person was outstanding . Care following surgery was good. And response to follow up questions outstanding. My only concern was my lack of knowledge of the extent of the surgery and what would happen afterwards. Staff and Dr answered all my questions but it was the things I didn't ask and therefore didn't expect afterwards. It would be good to have a handout or link to webpage with some idea of what happens to your body afterwards and what to worry about or not. . This is especially the case when you are leaving the area afterwards.

The only complaint I have is about the app bookmed, because there were translation errors and some misunderstanding, so the hospital and doctor charged me 1000 (one thousand euros) more for the intervention that I had requested, and that the hospital and boerdonam took pity and charged me less than what would be the real value, thanks to the doctor and hospital, but beware of the translation or interpreter of the app bookmed.

I loved everything about my experience with Tatiana. She was fantastic! Followed up on everything for me and spent a lot of time going backwards and forwards with things. The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊
Honestly, the experience was okay. I have been in Istanbul three times for medical surgery, and this was the one who I liked less. The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊The main problem was in the guide we had. She didn’t speak good english, she was always on her phone and acted like we were not there. When we asked questions, she didn’t know the answers. In my older experiences, the organizer/communicator knew EVERYTHING! The were empathetic and were really friendly. They were ready for any type of question. This time, i was really disappointed. Besides that, there was a lack of information. They send us home and they gave us some Basic Information on what to do, but Information abouth the wounds, how to take care of them, or how to take the stitches out; the didn’t say anything. So the experience was good! 👍🏼 but it could have been better.

I’m giving five stars for Dr. Ianus’ work because his surgical work is truly remarkable. Dr. Ianus is kind, gentle, extremely professional, and meticulous in everything he does. The person who supported me through BookMed was Tetiana, and she was absolutely flawless. From the very beginning, I felt guided and safe. From Dr. Ianus’ team in Istanbul, Lara was the one assisting me — and she is a very warm, empathetic person who was always available to help with whatever I needed. I also want to highlight the hotel offered by the team, Modus Hotel. The staff there were very helpful and attentive, especially after I returned from surgery. Even though I traveled alone, I could count on their kindness and support throughout. That said, I want to leave a sincere piece of advice: if you’re planning to have a more extensive surgery — like I did (involving multiple areas) — be aware that the first two days can be quite challenging, both physically and emotionally. In such cases, I strongly recommend that you are not alone at the hospital. Having someone with you can make a big difference. With this, I leave my heartfelt recommendation, full of gratitude and respect. Dr. Ianus is an excellent surgeon, Tetiana and Lara are wonderful people, and although the journey had its challenges, everything was handled with great professionalism
