This was my 3rd rhinoplasty. The first one was unsuccessful, they ruined my nose with an implant. The second rhinoplasty did not correct all the problems. Since this was supposed to be a decisive operation, I took the choice of a doctor very seriously and the Bookimed service helped me a lot. My consultant Tatyana helped me a lot with my choice, she answered all my questions very accurately! We chose Dr. Cem Altindag because he specializes in the nose. I liked my translator! Very attentive and nice girl! The provision of medical services in the hospital was of very high quality. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to my attending physician! I'm very pleased with everything! So far I am satisfied with the results, I will wait for a full recovery! I had some minor problems with the hotel, but this issue was resolved very quickly. I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the staff who immediately helped me with all the necessary paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received. Special thanks to the dental coordinator Ivan, who was in touch with me throughout my stay in Istanbul. The interpreters Irina and Kamila from the Mavidenta clinic are nice and fast. I liked the work of the doctor who placed the implant and removed the broken tooth. He did the work quickly and painlessly. The only downside was that the temporary denture didn't fit the shape and size, and there was no time to redo it, so the doctor who tried to fit it was nervous that it didn't fit me and I told her so, and pressed it in so that it bled and then hurt for three days, because they removed the tooth, put in the implant and sewed it up. So I was a little uncomfortable after this appointment. But in general, my impressions of the treatment are normal.

I woke up and felt good. I was given special medications and sent home, a couple of days later the doctor examined me again. On the third day I practically didn’t feel any pain. Thank you so much to everyone who made my 4 days in Izmir feel more like a mini holiday than a treatment.
I am still at the beginning of the process of implants and zirconia crowns, so I can't say anything about the overall result. As for my first visit to the clinic, I liked everything about it, with the exception of the minor disadvantages, which look so small against the background of all the other advantages that they are not worth mentioning. The clinic was modern and comfortable, the staff was attentive and polite. Bookimed coordinators were always on call and always answered any questions in detail. The shuttle service was timely and comfortable at all times of the day. The hotel in the city centre within walking distance to the seafront, attractions and shopping was just perfect, the hotel staff were lovely and kind people, breakfast (though vegetarian) was included. Thank you so much to everyone who made my 4 days in Izmir feel more like a mini holiday than a treatment.
