My overall experience was good, however the decision was not easy and I was pretty scared as it was my very first surgery Doctor Kharkov and his team answered all my questions, made 3D modelling first, informed me of all steps. I am 34 days post op now, still have some swelling and breathing issues but enjoy my new look anyway. My rehab was quite tough and I appreciate the Perfecto Room team and especially assistant doctors, nurses, administrative assistant who were very supportive and helpful during my all rhino journey.

Bad, the doctor was not into what I wanted was make me feel uncomfortable or afraid of surgery instead of benefits he seemed not to know about the procedure
