Hello.
We did not visit the clinic, we had a Skype conference on 05/30/19, at which Dr. A. Russi, through an interpreter, told his vision of the problem of epilepsy in children, ordered additional tests to adjust the dose of the drug (which was prescribed by Ukrainian doctors) and the purpose of treatment, assured accompanied by treatment for six months.
We sent the test results on 01.06.19, today 06.06.19 treatment is not prescribed. Our questions came the answer that the doctor advises once a week and it is not clear what day.
We hope that the answer will come, the child will recover, but so far the sediment is not very good.
If the same attitude is right in the clinic, then there is no point in going there

Everything suited us, there was no language barrier, there are translators and coordinators, from a professional point of view at a high level, the junior medical staff if sometimes “slowed down” somewhere, then after not much comments took into account the criticism and later it didn’t repeated, tactful and non-template approach from the side of the attending medical staff (neurologists, pedagogues, epiliptologists), we were always listened to throughout the entire stay in the clinic (7 days) and we took into account the information that we told during the treatment process, approach and strategy Autumn was pleasant. Polata was a single room plus space for 2 parents, in our case it was angular in the lane from the reception, apparently that's why we didn’t hear the whole hospital bustle, well, plus there are additional doors inside the room that separate the guest area from the patient area. Russian-speaking in terms of everyday life, as an option, bring hot water in thermoses, for coffee tea (but not boiling water of 70 degrees), food for an adult and a child for 8 out of 10 points (often slightly warm). In general, we do not regret choosing Teknon, and most importantly Dr. Ant Onio Russi and his team.

- We have been trying to understand what has been going on with our child for 2 years, and the doctor has made the horrible diagnosis has been incorrect
We came from Moscow to Barcelona, to Dr. Russi. We have been trying to understand what has been going on with our child for 2 years. Our doctors are so stupid that have made a totally different diagnoses. We were in hell. We underwent all possible tests and had nothing.
Dr. Russi has found a cause of the disease and prescribed a medicine. Of course it’s not over, but our child feels better now. The hospital was great. We came over, and paid for procedures. We stayed in a VIP room, however, paid for a standard one. It was big and light. A child was immediately connected to the EEG and heart sensors. Then he underwent the MRI and we left the hospital.
Next day we had a consultation, and the doctor informed us about treatment and prescribed a medicine unavailable in Moscow. Thanks a lot to interpreters. Well-done! The doctor has made the horrible diagnosis has been incorrect. And there is only one disadvantage - we are waiting for medical record more than 2 months.
