Many thanks to the entire Team of the WestDent Izmir clinic, especially the Doctors, Administrators Natalie and Alina for their professionalism, clear logistics, and no delays before the appointment with the Doctor. And of course, many thanks and respect to the super-driver Erhan “Izmir Schumacher”. I have never seen dental services of this level and service in Germany.

I was there for a first intervention, they emptied my lower jaw to place six implants and made me a provisional prosthesis of 10/10 quality. The attention was excellent, a lot of staff at my disposal with no waiting time, a painless surgery and after a month everything was fine. Highly recommended. In the photo I appear with the provisional prosthesis, the upper teeth are natural.

In January 2023, this clinic installed zirconium crowns on all my teeth. We were met at the airport and taken to a nice hotel, a very polite driver. The clinic itself is in a building of 3 floors, they work on two. Everything happens quickly and hecticly, they don’t tell or ask in detail. In about 6 days they did everything for me to treat or I didn’t have to pull it out. They didn’t tell us anything about oral hygiene, and they don’t really bother with it anyway. Haven't heard of irrigators. I arrived in my city and went to the doctor to check how they did it. The saddest thing is that they did not give me the correct bite, and it was done in segments, and not each tooth separately. So, a year later, January 2024, one segment of 3 teeth broke off, I need to change it and try to make a normal bite. I wrote to the clinic, they are silent. The translator communicates rudely and in a bad way, and she communicated the same way in the clinic itself. I do not recommend this clinic.

I liked the co-ordinated work of the staff .Quick and clear work, understanding of the problem. Friendly attitude and professionalism. I had complete trust, backed up by the guarantee and the result.
