The process went smoothly from start to end, although it did go quickly it all went well
The process went smoothly from start to end, although it did go quickly it all went well. Plenty of staff and the translator was always there when I needed. The hospital helpfully arranged transport efficiently.

Little time for empathy as the clinic was very busy and I did have some nerves about the procedure
