Prof. Dr. Suleyman Hilmi Ipekcı, M.D., was born in 1976. He was graduated from Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine, Istanbul University in 1999.
He completed his residency education on Internal Medicine in Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine, Istanbul University in 2005.
He completed his fellowship on Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases in School of Medicine, Selçuk University in 2010.
He completed his training for Associate Professorship in Selçuk University in 2016..
He was awarded with first and third places in Best Scientific Publication for Diabetes Mellitus Award of National Diabetes Congress in 2014 and first place in Internal Medical Sciences, Publication Contest for Assistant Professors of Selçuk University in 2014.
He authored 42 scientific articles published in international scientific journals and 16 scientific articles published in local journals. He participated in 16 panels/conferences as lecturer. He participated to 45 national congresses and 15 international congresses and published 80 presentations in total. His articles were cited 230 times in international publications. He worked as a referee for 65 scientific articles. He participated in 8 national and international scientific projects as coordinator / researcher, two of them were projects of TUBİTAK. He was a member of the jury for 29 residency thesis / residency examinations. He participated in many national and international scientific trainings and certification programs.
