SURGEON'S STORY Dr. Rushapol was born in a Catholic Chinese Family with loving craftsmanship and a taste in music. He entered a top medical school in Thailand and chose to specialize in plastic surgery because it was the only medical field that would allow him to express his artistic drive. He considered that he was lucky to be trained by many famous plastic surgeon mentors; some of them were considered as world authorities in the field. His career evolved from medical school surgical staff with a lot of diverse experiences. In 2008, he joined Phuket International Hospital (now called "Bangkok Hospital Siriroj") to help Dr. Sanguan Kunaporn with feminization service for SRS cases.
