Dr. Ayan graduated from Medical School in 1991 and completed his urology education in 1997. At the beginning of his carrier, he was a post doctorate research fellow at the Department of Urology of Harvard Medical School, Children’s Hospital in Boston (1999-2000). He studied the effect of partial ureteral obstruction to the kidney in early developmental stage in an experimental animal fetus model. This study provided a significant contribution to a complicated issue of pediatric urology and was cited many times by its successors. 

He became associate professor of urology in 2004 and was appointed as a professor of urology in 2009. He was accepted as a clinical fellow in Minimal Invasive Urologic Oncology at the Department of Surgery, Section of Urology at the University of Chicago (2014-2015). He worked in an intense oncology program mainly concentrated on robotic surgery of prostate and kidney cancer. Because of this background, he is mainly interested in urologic oncology and pediatric urology. The primary portion of his daily practice consist of kidney cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, neonatal hydronephrosis, ureteropelvic junction obstruction, urine reflux to kidney, hypospadias and undescended testis. 

Because of its prevalence in Turkey, Prof. Ayan has a huge experience with urinary stone disease and he is doing large number of endoscopic and percutaneous surgeries for kidney, ureter and bladder stones. 

Prof. Ayan holds United States Medical License and European Board of Urology Certificate. He is a member of AUA, EAU and Turkish Urologic Surgery and Urologic Oncology Societies.

Dr. Ihsan Yilmaz is a respected retina specialist. He treats retinal detachment, diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, and performs complex macular surgeries. He has completed hundreds of successful vitreoretinal procedures. Dr. Yilmaz is also skilled in advanced Excimer Laser vision correction, including Lasik, PRK, and No-touch techniques. His work has helped many patients regain clear vision without glasses.

Dr. Yilmaz trained at the Vance Thompson Vision Center in the U.S. He combines advanced American surgical methods with Turkish medical practice. Prof. Dr. Yusuf Oguz Acar is a respected urology specialist. He is known for his work in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) surgery, urooncology, endoscopic surgery, and urinary tract stone surgery. He has worked in Germany and Switzerland, which shows his international experience and advanced clinical skills.

Dr. Acar has made important contributions to research. His work focuses on neoadjuvant therapy in prostate cancer and new surgical methods, such as using the stomach for bladder substitution in invasive bladder cancer. He has published many articles in top international journals, highlighting his influence in the field.

He is a member of the Turkish Urology Association, Endourology Society, European Association of Urology, and Swiss Urology Association. Dr. Levhi Akın is a general and laparoscopic surgeon with more than 33 years of experience. He specializes in colorectal, bariatric, and robotic surgery. Dr. Akın is skilled in colon cancer removal, pancreatic tumor enucleation, inguinal hernia repair, pancreatic cancer surgery, and cholecystectomy.

He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and GATA Medical Faculty. He also completed advanced military medical training.
