He also leads the Kidney Transplantation Units at Kyrgyzstan Turkish Friendship Hospital and at Etlik City Hospital in Ankara.

Dr. Hulda Rifat Ozakpinar is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1995.
