Dr. Gülümser Kızıltaş Tokmak is a board-certified neurologist. She specializes in advanced neurophysiological diagnostics. She graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine in 2002. She completed her neurology residency at Okmeydanı Teaching and Research Hospital in 2008. Dr. Tokmak also holds a master’s degree in Electrophysiology from Istanbul University.

She has extensive experience in EMG, EEG, and PSG. Her main clinical interests are dementia, headache, and vertigo. Dr. Tokmak has contributed to many studies in these fields. She has worked at Ağrı State Hospital Neurology Clinic, Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, and Medical Park Hospitals.

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Satici is an experienced ophthalmologist with over 31 years in the field. He specializes in various eye surgeries and has performed more than 20,000 procedures. Each year, he completes over 1,000 successful surgeries, showing his skill and dedication.

Dr. Satici became an Associate Professor in 2002. In 2009, he was promoted to full Professor at Harran University. He is a member of the Turkish Ophthalmological Association and the Turkish Medical Association. His memberships reflect his commitment to professional growth and medical progress.

Prof. Dr. Engin Tutar was born in Istanbul in 1964. He completed his primary and secondary education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi between 1975 and 1982, and graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1988. In December of the same year, he started his specialization in the Department of Pediatrics at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital, becoming a specialist in Pediatrics in February 1993. He completed his subspecialty training in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, becoming a subspecialist in 2006. He served as the Assistant Chief Physician and Acting Chief Physician at the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital between 2010 and 2012. In May 2012, he transferred to Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, where he became an Associate Professor in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition in 2014, and a Professor in 2020. Alongside his international and national article authorships, he has given over 50 presentations at congresses/courses/association meetings. He retired in May 2024 while serving as the head of the Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition department at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Eroğlu has performed over 10,000 Argon laser procedures, more than 5,000 excimer laser treatments, and over 1,000 cataract surgeries. He is known for his skill in treating diabetes-related eye conditions and using intraocular lens implants.

He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Since 2005, he has worked at the Hisar Hospital Intercontinental Eye Health and Diseases Department.

He has a general medical degree from Istanbul University Medical Faculty and specialty in plastic and reconstructive surgery from Ankara GATA Medical School, and a fellowship from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
