Dr. Cem Özlük is a surgeon who graduated from Gazi University with a specialization in Urology. He has performed over 1500 surgeries and has experience in Penoplasty and Vaginoplasty. Born in Ankara in 1974, Prof. Dr. M. Oner Şanlı completed his primary and secondary education at TED After graduating from Ankara College; He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and received the title of “Doctor”.
