Prof. Dr. Ilhan Elmaci is a leading neurosurgeon. He is known for his skill in brain and spinal surgeries, neurooncology, and skull base surgery. Kocaaslan became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2021. Kocaaslan has served as a Forensic Expert at the Ministry of Justice since 2019.
