Prof. Dr. Mert Yilmaz is a board-certified cardiovascular surgeon with more than 30 years of experience. He specializes in both adult and pediatric cardiac surgery. He graduated from Istanbul University in 1988. He completed his residency at Uludag University and received further training at the Royal South Hants Hospital in the UK.

Dr. Ibrahim Cansaran Tanıdır is a pediatric cardiologist at Memorial Ataşehir Hospital. He co-founded the Pediatric Cardiology Department at Başakşehir Çam & Sakura City Hospital. He led its cardiac catheterization laboratories. He has been a professor of pediatric cardiology since 2022.

He has over 100 international and over 50 national publications. His work has more than 1,200 citations, with an h-index of 16. He has delivered over 100 international and over 700 national presentations. He has received six national and one international award. He ranked second in Turkey in the 2017 National Pediatric Cardiology Board Exam.
