He completed his Postgraduate Residency in Plastic Surgery at the Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Minsk, Belarus, followed by another residency in General Surgery at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Kiev, Ukraine. Prior to this, he pursued his medical education at Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa English Medical School. Throughout his career, Kadir has held various positions, including roles at Europ-Assistance Insurance Company in Turkey and Antes Aesthetic Surgery Center in Belarus. He has actively engaged in research and observational programs at prestigious institutions like Harvard University Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the University of California, Irvine. Kadir is also proficient in computer skills and speaks multiple languages fluently, including English, Turkish, Kurdish, Russian, and German. Beyond his medical endeavors, he enjoys pursuits such as playing musical instruments, sailing, and cycling. Dr. Burak Pasinlioğlu graduated from Ankara Science High School in 2006. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. He also graduated from Anadolu University Business Administration Department in 2016 as the second university.

In the Medical Specialization Examination (TUS) held in 2014, he ranked 39th among approximately ten thousand doctors and was entitled to receive training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, one of the most well-established plastic surgery clinics in Turkey. During his residency, he performed hundreds of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.

He participated in many surgeries as an observer at the Cleveland Clinic, which was chosen as the second best hospital in the USA. In 2019, he worked as a fellow with world-renowned plastic surgeon Prof.Dr.Moustapha Hamdi in breast aesthetics and reconstruction in Brussels for 3 months. After successfully completing the course organized by the Reconstructive Microsurgery Association, he was awarded a microsurgery certificate. At the end of 2019, he completed his residency and became a specialist. His thesis in the experimental field was published as an academic article in the world's best plastic surgery journal, PRS Journal. In addition, he has many academic articles.

He passed the first step of the European Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) board exams in Brussels, Belgium in 2019 and the second step in İzmir, Turkey in 2020, and was awarded the title of Fellow of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS). He also has a professional qualification certificate from the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.

Between 2019-2021, he completed his compulsory service at Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital. He attended many national and international meetings and courses. He has many oral presentations at meetings. There are 2 plastic surgery book translations for Turkish plastic surgeons. He is a chapter author in 2 different plastic surgery books. He is a member of Turkish Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Association (TPRECD), Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Society (EPCD) and The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).

Dr. Necmettin Kutlu is an expert in plastic, aesthetic, reconstructive surgery, hand and maxillofacial surgery with over 30 years of experience. He holds a degree in general medicine from the Istanbul University Medical Faculty, specialty in plastic surgery from the Ankara University Medical School, and has completed research fellowships in wound healing and microcirculation from Lund University and a fellowship program in hand surgery and reconstructive microsurgery from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. He is a member of various professional organizations.

Cihan Şahin is a certified plastic surgeon by the Turkish Board of Plastic Surgery. He graduated from Gulhane Military Medical Academy and has completed his training in plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at GATA Haydarpasa Training Hospital. He has 51 international publications, 37 papers presented at international meetings, and 102 papers presented at national meetings. He is a member of three societies and has been awarded three times by the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Irmak is an experienced plastic surgeon based in Turkey with a degree in medicine from Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University. He is certified by EBOPRAS and is an expert in face and body aesthetic procedures. He is a professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at University of Health Sciences and is a leading expert in Dr. Fatih Irmak Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Center since 2017. He is a member of various societies, including The Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, The Turkish Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, The Rhinoplasty Society of the USA, and The Rhinoplasty Society of Europe.

Dr. Onur Akman is a Turkish plastic surgeon certified by the Turkish Plastic Surgery Association. He has over 4 years of experience in plastic surgery and has a degree in medicine from Istanbul University and a specialty in plastic surgery from Bezmialem Foundation University.
