Born and raised in Turkey, Dr. Pera attended the highly reputed Hacettepe University Dentistry Faculty from 2008 to 2013, where he began his journey to become a dentist. His passion for the field led him to further specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a field he trained in extensively at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry from 2016 to 2021.

To ensure a holistic approach to patient care, Dr. Pera undertook several rotations between 2016 and 2019. She was born in 1983 in Albania. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Albania, her graduated from Istanbul University, Çapa Faculty of Dentistry in 2002-2007. She completed his graduation thesis on “Burs Used in Inlay and Onlay Aesthetic Restorations”. After graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2003 he started his PhD education in the Department of Periodontology, Institute of Health in the same university. Having completed the PhD education in 2009 he started to work as a research assistant in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Periodontology.

He became Assoc.Prof in 2015 and continued both clinical and academic research. In 2022 he became full professor and have published more than 30 studies in well-known scientific journals. He developed a connective tissue graft harvesting tool (Nizam Punch), which is being produced in Germany and two implant systems which are being used in many countries. He still keeps his academic position in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Periodontology.
