I was born in 1985 in Konya, a city renowned for Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi. I completed my secondary education at Meram Anatolian High School in 2003, after which I began my studies at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Baştan completed his education at the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul University and was the first physician to receive a master’s degree in Oral Implantology at Yeditepe University. He completed this program with a thesis on “Postoperative CT Evaluation of Implant Treatments Supported by Panoramic Radiographs in the Preoperative Period”. Since this period, he has been working intensively on dental implant surgery and implant supported prosthesis. He then completed a mastership program in the field of Laser Therapy Applications in Dentistry, a joint program between RWTH Aachen University and Bezmialem University. Dr. Esra Bozbay graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2009. During her undergraduate studies, she was an observer student at Temple University Kornberg Faculty of Dentistry and Pennsylvania University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007 in the USA. She was an observer student at the Faculty of Dentistry of ACTA (Academisch Centrum Tandheelkunde Amsterdam) in the Netherlands in 2008.
