Dr. Ahmet Yildiz is a Professor of Cardiology at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul. He has served as Deputy Director and Chief Physician at the Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa, Institute of Cardiology. From 2009 to 2023, he contributed to both clinical care and academic programs at the institute.

Dr. Yildiz has published important research, including a study on coronary artery anomalies in over 12,000 adults and work on atorvastatin therapy for coronary artery disease.
