Dr. Sumeyre Seda Ertekin is a general surgeon and surgical oncologist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). She previously worked at Academic Hospital (1999–2025), Marmara University Hospital (1991–2010), Gülhane Military Medical Academy Haydarpaşa (1997–1998), and Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen, Norway (2000–2008).

She holds UEMS European Board of Surgery certification in General Surgery (2012) and a subspecialty in Breast Surgery (2012). She completed Ministry of Health subspecialty training in Surgical Oncology (2012). She finished her General Surgery residency at Marmara University (1991–1996).

Born in 1976 in Dashoguz, Turkmenistan,  Prof. Serdar Nurmedov graduated from Trabzon Kanuni Anatolian High School in 1996 and Karadeniz Technical University in 2002. In the same year, he started working as a research assistant at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and became a Psychiatry Specialist in 2009. After becoming a specialist, he worked at NPISTANBUL hospital until 2015 and during this time he took an active role in the establishment of Turkey's first private Addiction Treatment Center. Between 2015 and 2023, he held various positions in Acıbadem Health Group and received the title of Associate Professor in Psychiatry in 2019.

Since the most important factor in his choice of psychiatry is his interest in addiction and related problems, he has done a significant part of his scientific research in this field since the first days he started working as a research assistant. At the same time,  Prof. Dr. Serdar Nurmedov, who has completed many trainings in this field in Turkey and abroad, has been an observer in psychiatry and addiction rehabilitation centers in many countries including the United States of America, the Netherlands and the Russian Federation.

Prof. Dr. Serdar Nurmedov, who did his specialty thesis on "Alcohol Addiction and Cognitive Functions", has nearly 50 scientific articles published in national and international journals, presentations in national and international congresses, awards, books and book chapters. His publications have received more than 1000 citations to date.

Currently,  Prof. Serdar Nurmedov, who continues to work as a lecturer at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, continues his research in the fields of General Psychiatry, Addiction, Neuroscience and Psychotherapy.

Dr. Bulen Can is an endocrinology specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). He previously worked at Acıbadem Ataşehir (2024–2025). From 2017 to 2024, he was a faculty member in the Division of Endocrinology at Istanbul Medeniyet University. He also practiced at Ankara Numune, Kastamonu Dr. M. İslamoğlu, and Ümraniye Training and Research Hospitals. He has been an endocrinology specialist since 2013.

He completed subspecialty training in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (2009–2013). Before that, he finished his Internal Medicine residency at Bezm‑i Âlem Vakıf Gureba (2003–2009). He received his M.D. from the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Ayhan Levent is an internal medicine specialist and assistant professor at NP Istanbul Brain Hospital. He has worked there since 2020. He graduated from the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2011. In 2013, he passed the Medical Specialization Examination and began his internal medicine residency at Haseki Training and Research Hospital.

He began his career at the Sultanbeyli Community Health Center. He volunteered during the 2011 Van earthquake. In 2017, he was appointed an internal medicine specialist at Sancaktepe Training and Research Hospital. He completed his state service obligation in 2020.

After completing his residency training at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Atamer worked as a specialist physician at the Social Insurance Institution (SSK) Diyarbakır Hospital. He then continued to work as a specialist physician at Diyarbakır Training and Research Hospital.

In 2008, he completed his upper specialization at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital Gastroenterology Clinic and in the same year, he was named Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. In 2011, he continued his duty with the duty of establishing Yalova State Hospital Gastroenterology Clinic and compulsory service and in 2013, he became a faculty member at Yalova University. Between 2017 and 2022, he worked as a Professor at Çamlıca Erdem Hospital Gastroenterology Clinic.

Since 2022, he has been working as a Gastroenterology Specialist and Internal Medicine Specialist at NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital.

Op. Dr. Kemal Paksoy was born in Trabzon in 1982. In 2007, he graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine. In 2014, he completed his specialty training at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery. Between 2014-2018, he worked at Rize Kaçkar State Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic. Between 2018 and 2024, he worked at Memorial Hospitals Group Spine Center. Since 2023, he has been a member of the academic staff as Dr. Faculty Member at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine. Since 2024, he has been working at NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic.

Dr. Kemal Paksoy has also worked in many clinics in the fields of neuromodulation and algology and has participated as a participant, speaker and organizer in dozens of scientific meetings held in Turkey and abroad.

Dr. Ali Cemal is a Professor of Otorhinolaryngology and an ENT specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital. He has held this role since 2025. He served on the Marmara University ENT faculty from 2014 to 2025. Earlier, he worked as a specialist at Ümraniye and Pendik Training and Research Hospitals. He was a Clinical Fellow at Ohio State University – The James Cancer Research Center from 2015 to 2016.

Dr. İdris AVCI was born in Ordu in 1988. After primary and high school education in Germany, he graduated from Yeditepe Faculty of Medicine in 2014. In 2020, he became a specialist in Brain and Nerve Surgery from Health Sciences University Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital (Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital). In 2022, he received "Fundamental Neuroscience and Neuroimaging" education at John Hopkins University, USA. In 2023, he completed his Health Tourism Certification from Sakarya University of Applied Sciences. In the same year, he was certified as a football physician by FIFA. In 2020-2022, he worked at Şanlıurfa Mehmet Akif İnan Training and Research Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic and worked as a clinical chief. Between 2022-2024, he worked in the Spine Center at Memorial Hospitals Group. Since 2023, he has been working at Üsküdar University as a Dr. He continues in the academic staff as an Education Officer. Since 2024, he has been working at NP Brain Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic.

Dr. İdris AVCI has worked in many clinics such as Germany, the Netherlands, Slovenia and has taken part in dozens of scientific meetings both in Turkey and abroad as a participant, speaker and organizer.
