Dr. Ali Cem Oktay is a plastic surgeon with over 10 years of experience. He specializes in breast lift, breast reduction, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), rhinoplasty, and gynecomastia surgery. He completed his medical and specialty training at Mersin University. Dr. Oktay is accredited by the Turkish Medical Association and the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.

Between 2015-2018, he received specialization training in Gynecologic Oncology Surgery at  

Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. During his training, he worked as a clinical observer  

for 2 months in the gynecological oncology center of Charite University Berlin, Germany.  

After completing his subspeciality training, he successfully passed the European Society of  

Gynecologic Oncology (ESGO) exam in Athens in 2019. Between July 2018 and October 2024,  

he worked as a gynecologic oncology surgery specialist at Health Sciences University  

Umraniye Training and Research Hospital. During this period, he completed the DaVinci

Robotic Surgery course and received a robotic surgeon certificate. In 2024, he received the  

title of Associate Professor.  

Dr Cem Yalcinkaya has experience in gynecologic oncologic surgeries, and other basic and  

advanced gynecologic procedures. He is particularly interested in fertility sparing surgeries,  

laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures.

Dr. Fevzi Akkan is an experienced eye specialist. He focuses on cataract surgery, refractive error correction, and retinal treatments. He performed Turkey’s first bionic eye surgery. This achievement earned him the TOD Best Surgical Video Award in 2016.

Dr. Baris Metin is an experienced Neurologist with over 7 years of experience in Turkey and Belgium. Dr. Sertkaya graduated from Konya Meram Science High School in 2001 and entered Gazi University Medical Faculty the same year, graduating in 2008. He completed his urology specialization at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2014, becoming a urology specialist.

In December of the same year, he started his specialization in the Department of Pediatrics at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital, becoming a specialist in Pediatrics in February 1993. He completed his subspecialty training in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, becoming a subspecialist in 2006.
