I was born in Fier city of Albania in 1982. I finished primary and secondary education in Albania. I completed my university education in 2006 at Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in Ankara. I know Albanian, English and Italian languages. I worked as a founding physician in the Alpi Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic in Istanbul between 2008 and 2016. I have been working as a founding physician in My Nova Oral and Dental Health Police in İzmir since February of 2016. I am married and have two children.

Dr. M. Reşat Arpacı graduated from the İzmir Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and began his career as an Emergency Physician in Sakarya. His interest in aesthetic medicine gradually led him to focus solely on hair transplantation. He received his initial training in this field at prestigious clinics in Turkey and abroad.
In 2002, he obtained a Micrograft Hair Transplantation Certification from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) in Berlin, gaining the authority to perform hair transplants using the FUT technique. That same year, he earned a Biofibre Synthetic Hair Transplantation Certification through the Milan Hair Transplant Institute and established hair restoration clinics in Kuşadası and İzmir, Turkey.
